Airfields around Oehiton had been destroyed very early in the war. If a new one was constructed for the aid camp it belongs to the aid camp. Though it does not make much of a difference if your soldiers are originally send to guard the camp and now use that position for offensive operations that might not be in the interest of Watersville. They were very keen on not giving up their neutrality and you just threw it away for them. They are now part of Sundland, the nation that killed Hannah Watters. If that's fine with Watersville I have no more questions.

I thought it was a different camp as well... Also they could be using the air field that Germanian built right? Because they have given up everything outside the city limits, and there is no way that the airport is inside the city. If it is the same camp, then we have a major problem.

Considering that the Germanian airfield felt victim to the last round of bombings it can't be theirs. The "Hannah G. Watters Aid Camp Air Strip" is directly adjacent (2000m) to the camp and has the same name.

Yeah anyone bombing the airfield and hitting the camp would be guilty of war crimes through sheer dumb negligence.

You think so? The distance between the camp and the airfield is shorter than the airfield's runways. Taking off from a humanitarian camp and bombing something is a war crime because you take the refugees hostage.

Then it's up to the aid camp to complain. The aid camp can't intervene, can't do anything but tell Flauc not to use it. Anyone using aid as cover is committing a war crime, sure - but anyone bombing an aid camp is also committing a war crime. We use it to ship in humanitarian aid only.

As for the Men in Grey.... they're not really a faction as such....

This is most definately OOC as very little (aside what Caracasus has released to a few nations) is known about the Men in Grey.

Basically, they're not going to unite or form a faction or anything of that sort. They are a shady group who, aside from rumours of their agents and warnings from Caracasus not to trust men wearing grey, a mystery. They are responsible for the bioweapon released in Vic (Caracasus has accused them of this, so if you don't trust Caracasus, you might not think this is true). They have no ideology to speak of, nothing aside from gaining power and manipulating events to fit their own, unknowable purposes.

They don't have allies - they have pawns. No-one who works for them really knows who they are, the vast majority of their work is done through other agencies or companies. They're not a country, or even really a corporation in the traditional sense of the word - as they refuse to acknowledge boundaries national or otherwise - for them the world is divided into what we control and what we have yet to control.

They have proven to be very technologically advanced, as has been shown through their augmented field agents, though only a handful of these exist - they are a sign of direct control by the Men in Grey, and are used by the organisation either as a weapon of last resort, or where their influence cannot fully ensure their goals succeed.

They could be classed as incredibly wealthy, though they recognise no currency - their organisation no longer really requires or runs on such concepts - rather they are very, very, good at manipulating subtle power and influence to ensure things happen that they want to happen, and of course taking advantage of events in a way that suits them.

As I said, this is all very strictly OOC - almost no-one in Oehiton really knows that much about them - Caracasus has waged a silent war with them for a few years and knows more than most, but even then Caracasus doesn't know their full capabilities or influence.
