I voiced my confusion because Ive mostly been using guided missiles to attack Oehiton. The fighters in the air to enforce the No-Fly Zone were taken back onto the carriers before You even joined in, Slak. So yeah, I do wonder how this happened.

If we reach a point where Germania has established a " Free City " in Oehiton then the conflict likely ended. I don't think many people would take kindly to you bombing civilians. I wouldn't.

So no, I won't bomb a citizen city, neither will I attack Germania (unless he attacks my allies)

I won't attack if you open up the Naval blockade for Supply Ships to enter or else Germanians have to attack to obtain food.
