The bomb was detonated underground in an effort to reduce the fallout resulting from a nuclear detonation. Scientists have been working on nuclear weapon technology for a decade, luckily with no accidents. There is talk of a nuclear weapons program in Ishema, with future tests already scheduled. Czar Dimitri held an international press conference after the test, telling the reporters that "The Holy Empire is now truly a nation to be reckoned with," and that "No heathen nation is safe from God's almighty wrath." It is unknown weather Ishema has developed the ability to mount nuclear warheads on ICBMs. However, it is now clear that the Isheman Empire is a nuclear power, and that more devices are being constructed for future use.
