"There evidence of impact is all around. A simple internet search could tell you the ill effects of these chemicals. The way to regulate these things is with numbers. Real limits on the concentration of adverse chemicals that are part of the outflow of factories and businesses, and fines for those businesses which are in non-attainment with the regulations."
