Resolution 9, Reaction to Kamieniec Podolski
The Assembly of the League of The Western Isles

Realizing that the nation of Kamieniec Poldoski has threatened war on The Lithuanian Commonwealth, without casus belli,

Noticing the fact that the nation mentioned above has showed blatant disregard to the customs and little to no respect to members of the League, by sending a representative displaying no respect,

Also Realizing that the war declaration of Kamieniec Poldolski is that concerning religious beliefs and the "wickedness" of the legislative body known as the Sejm,

Also, note that in the below sections of the resolution, Kamieniec Poldolski will be abbreviated to KP.

Therefore;

1. Authorizes the use of military force against the nation of KP.
2. Condemns the nation of KP.
3. Encourages that member nations end trade with, enact travel bans, and requires sanctions be placed on the nation of KP.
4. Notes that section one (1) will not be authorized until the declaration of war.
5. Submits rights to treaty making to the independent organization of the Consilio de Pax.
6. Attempts to negotiate with the Leaders of the nation, KP.
