Either Athara Magarat joins or you become an independent nation and join. If you are here and then Athara Magarat joins that would give your nation two votes."

"I know this sounds strange, but the Sultan has been recently troubled by the steps taken by the interim ruler of the Demokratik Kuunsrach. The Sultan thinks its best for the Sultanate to mend international ties as a state even if subordinate to another before it is too late. The White Tigress has awakened." Sultan Iskander Ali Erkinov and the people of Kachee Sultanate are very afraid and you all must be cautious as well. The unthinkable things you have seen the Demokratik Kuunsrach do in these past few months are just the trailer, delegates. The White Tigress must be contained and in chains. And believe it or not delegates, the Sultanate is one of the few chains [other than the Azure Dragon of the East and some others] that can keep the White Tigress away from doing the unthinkable. The White Tigress is shrewdly making the Pegasus and the White Dragon and other nations wage war against the helpless Scylla."

"Sorry but this seems out of line. By joining the League you basically ask us to see you as a fully independent nation, as it appears Demokratik Kuunsrach is the sovereign part of Athara Magarat. If you ask for recognition as a sovereign nation I will communicate this message to my government. If not, I'm not sure why we should let the Sultanate become a member of the League."

Storm shook confused his head. The countess had only just left and immediatly the struggles began, quite a job for a deputy.

“A large black limousine pulled into the International Building parking lot, as a young driver opens his driver seat and walks slowly to the passenger seat, opening the door slowly as he begins giving a salute to the all-new ambassdor named, Zhou Wei, Jinlong’s new Ambassador to the International District. He looks up, giving a second glare at the architecture, and mumbles himself in chinese: “你很笨”. He returns a salute to the young driver. He then softly whispered: “You’re dismissed young man”

The driver thanks the Jinlongian ambassador, walking back into his driving seat. Zhou wei walks into International District building, slowly. As soon as he enters into International District, he is greeted by the Head of International District, and walks along with the Head to the General Assembly of International District. Followed by Jinlong’s delegates with brief cases.

Zhou wei, who enters into General Assembly then walks to the front stage, delivering his speech: “Greetings, delegates of International District, today the Great Empire of Jinlong Dynasty, is happy to join and in request of forming alliances, trades, and many more. This request was sent by Prime Minister Huang Fu and approved by our Emperor Li Jianyu in request of forming strong and stable relations across the Central Argus and across the Western Isles. Thank you.”

Zhou Wei, smiles warmly, giving a bow in front of delegates in form of respect. Then he walks to his seat with a name written in Jinlongian: 周围, he sits in his delegate chair. Along with Jinlongian Delegates, seated behind him. He’d then asks his delegate: “Who has water?”. The delegate responds to Zhou Wei, “I don’t think anyone has water sir but ... you could ask the waiter, if there is..”. Zhou Wei, replied back, “We’ll see how this progress goes, and show how Jinlong settles business.”

Parkes looked up at a Federal Corporal who was watching the new delegate and signalled her to get water for the delegate. Five minutes later the woman placed a cup of water on the table of the Jinlonese delegate and then explained to one of his guards where the water would be found.

Storm made a gesture to greet the ambassador from the Jinlong Dynasty. Storm was happy that after the whole royal marriage affair with the Imperialonian count and the Jinlong Princess they also decided to join the League.

"The Jinlong could be a powerful ally here, with their traditional policies." He whispered to Fairglass' administrative worker behind him. Who nodded.

One of the Jinlonese Guard, explains to Zhou Wei, telling what the waiteress said, and explained where they can be found. Zhou Wei, gives a nod, giving a smile of thankfulness, as he then turns to his attention towards Imperialonian, whispering to his delegates in Jinlonese: “Ah look, our neighbour, Imperialonia that one of our Royal Princess got married to Imperialonian Count. Right?”

“Yes, sir. That is correct, I highly recommend we meet the delegate and give a warm gesture to them.”

Zhou Wei responds back, lifting a glass of water as he speaks before taking a sip: “Yes, we will meet them as soon as I’d finish my water. We’ll greet them warmly, and have a talk in hopes of what we want to achieve now, and in the future.”

Zhou Wei, then finishes his glass of water, and asks one of his guards to get more water.

Yoon-Bum mentally shrugs as the unimpressive Jinlong delegate enters the Assembly and spends half the time chit-chatting with his guards.

"Considering that there seems to be a concensus on the lack of prudence involved with giving an automous region international recognition by allowing it to witness the Assembly's meetings, I believe we can duly move on to the next topic."

[Verdon]

Robert looked over new files placed on his desk.
"It seems San Montagna and Athara Magarat have come to an agreement over the rerouting of refugees. Is this true, Mr. Cannavaro? Don't you think it would have been prudent to mention this to the assembly since it is the matter currently at hand?"

Perhaps it was ineptitude, perhaps it was oversight. Either way, thought Robert, San Montagna is a difficult nation to communicate with.

"Even though you were just earlier, after the resolution, saying that you were willing to work with us?" Stephanie shook her head, "I believe that hypocrisy in in of itself should show somethings about the way you are perceived here."

His Majesty Emperor Li Jianyu of Jinlong Dynasty, personally sends a message to your Emperor / King on behalf of great success and may the good fortune be with you.” He’d bow in respect then offers a handshake gesture, giving a warm smile.

"We were willing up until the point where we Realized that no Nation in this Hall has any real interest in working with us" Cannavaro said Sternly

Quietly the door to the assembly chamber opened. Walking in was Charles Kiaro, Arthemesian delagate. He found a seat and sat down, shuffling his papers. He had a suitcase and a black suit with blue tie. Someone next to him murmured, prompting him to smile back.

[Verdon]

Robert's eyes widened in disbelief. He was unable to stop himself from throwing his hands up in frustration. He dropped into his seat, shaking his head.
"We can move on to the next issue, then"

Stephanie shook her head a little bit, "I believe the next issue to work on should be trying to negotiate a peaceful solution to the possible Athara Magarat-Volkegoth conflict that is currently brewing in the South Mesder."

Raymond Fong, delegate of the Yinhe Federation, walked in to his seat at the back of the room. Again, he cursed the annoying habit of arranging things by alphabetical order. He sat down and straightened his flag pin on his lapel. This menial but comforting task having been completed, he looked at the assembly and prepared to debate. The south mesder conflict had no direct implications on his nation at this point, but if it escalated Yinhe could be affected as they were a member of the ISDP alongside Athara Magarat.

[Port Calta]

This was a unique but perhaps tame first assignment for Yasina, so she sat, quietly, trying to the gauge the international ongoings while observing all the other dignitaries. Port Calta almost seemed insignificant to her in the face of these odds, as each agenda was discussed over the other. She glanced up at the Arthemesian as he spoke, taking comfort in the presence of other newcomers to the League.

Yoon-Bum rolled his eyes as he listened to the unwarranted and unasked for introduction of the Arthemesian delegate. Another showman looking for an audience, he thought as he eyed both Kiaro and Cannavaro with growing dissapointment. He then qave a quick glimpse to all the entering delegates, acknowleding their presence with a nod and then leaning into his microphone.

"Considering the testimony of the Athara Magarati Lieutenant on the Libang Herald this week, it is hard to place full culpability at either of the countries involved in these destabilising activities." Yoon-Bum replied sharply while looking at Sir Giles.
