"For the sake of renewal, I vote to agree with this motion." He felt uncomfortable doing this as he was against the proposal on its first introduction, but the League had become a seemingly unimportant entity and he wanted it to be a more influential force in the Isles' politics.

Callum Parkes wandered into the building and thought to himself
"pointless bureaucracy which gets nowhere further than a gesture. Perfect"

He then opened the door, pulled out a seat and sat down. His delegation followed him, as a couple federal corporals were running behind him in the most dignified and formal way possible.

"Welcome to the league", he said to the rest of the delegation.

"Time to get started... My name is Callum Parkes, and I represent the Unified Electorates of Ainslie. We look forward to discussing future events and resolutions with the rest of the league. Thank you. "

"Greetings, Mr Parkes." Ramesh spoke finally and turned to other delegates. "Do we move ahead with the votes or wait for more nations to vote? Time is of essence here and I urge my fellow delegates who haven't decide anything to either vote for or against or abstain."

Ramesh cleared his throat. "I would like to inform the League of two emergencies though it might be well aware to most members of the League. Karahar has been under a state of emergency due to several SHOCK attacks...no, a war declared by the terrorist group on the nation. I would like to seek the League's permission on behalf of my government so that Athara Magarat can launch a legitimate campaign against SHOCK's branch in Karahar."

"And once again, I raise the issue of Moukere. Since a month ago, firefights have been taking place between various warring ethnic groups of Moukere. The government has deployed their army but been unable to contain the conflict. It's been going for a month. TANUKH has not provided specific numbers but Athara Magarat believes that the casualty number is high and going to increase if we do not act now."

He looked at the delegates from other nations specially those from Karahar, Moukere and Bhikkustan with his dark almond eyes. "I believe that we have finished with the voting process to move to this, Secretary General. The vote count for the charter is 12 with 2 abstaining motions from Keomora and Bhikkustan. "

"We also need to address the issue raised by Mr Callum Parkes from Ainslie." Ramesh looked at the Ahnslen and then at the Svalbardian secretary general of the League of TWI. "Would the Secretary General be kind enough to clarify his position to our newest delegate?"

"TANUKH numbers state around 30,000 casualties so far, but increasing rapidly. These are civilians being dismembered with Machetes and mass killed. The violence may sound small. But that is from a population of less than a million."

"30,000...My god!" Ramesh was surprised. Then he turned to representatives of other nations. "Delegates we need to act quick and intervene in the Moukere situation if needed."
