Your nation's days of villainry is coming to an end. Why does your nation's government not surrender so that it may save more of your countrymens' lives."

The phone of the League began ringing. A secretary picked it up.

"Hello, this is the League of the Western Isles! How may we help you?"

Sakimbi replied quickly.

"I am General Sakimbi of Moukere. Get me the Secretary General."

"Hell if I know. The councils run and hidden and no one has heard from Nadir. I'm not even sure how the military is staying organized enough to mount a counter attack, but the only real threats they face are keomora, your nation, and Atnaia. But yeah, I'm just here in the league watching the show same as any civilian with too secret clearance these days."

Stephanie nodded, "It is better that you stay here in the League. I wouldn't believe you to be in the highest graces with your nation's current government." Stephanie looked towards the Atnaian delegate, "I believe that it is time for us to discus what the new government for Taziristan should be made to be."

An aide hurried in towards the Secretary General and told him something in a low enough voice that others could not hear. Sveihl nodded and turned to the delegates, "I must leave you for a moment but I shall be back momentarily." With that he walked to his nearby office and took the call from the Moukeren general. "This is Sveihl, what is it that you wish to speak of?"

[Moukere]

An aide hurried in towards the Secretary General and told him something in a low enough voice that others could not hear. Sveihl nodded and turned to the delegates, "I must leave you for a moment but I shall be back momentarily." With that he walked to his nearby office and took the call from the Moukeren general. "This is Sveihl, what is it that you wish to speak of?"

"I must be quick. Me and my men were deployed to KUN. We had no idea about the genocide. Do not kill us, we did not know. Now we know, we shall fight with you."

"No, I imagine not. But actually, that would probably be best handles once the terms of the treaty can be decided. Obviously, Taziristan's capacity to wage war will be extremely limited, but at what point does taziristan begin to regain it's freedom and how that should be decided should be part of this. As for the new government, an interim government made of each cities mayor, the only truly elected positions which could not have had anything to do with the government, should be formed. It should form a council to create a new constitution without league interference at that point, assuming we truly support self governance in these halls."

Eser stood and handed Stephanie and other delegates a document. "This outlines how I think this should work. The government would form a council to equally represent all major cities and rural areas of Taziristan. Specific clauses to keep individuals who supported the previous regime out of government would be included. This government, once formed, would assume all the responsibilities of government save defense, which should be under Atnaian control until such time as the treaty is signed. Also, a clause in this councils charter would enforce anything signed between the league and the government in any new constitution. The league, while not directing how the government should be formed, should enforce clauses that create strict laws against the marriage of church and state or the allowance of anyone supporting the previous regime to enter the government. All elections should have league observers for the next decade if we hope to establish a fair democracy."

Stephanie looked at her tablet and then stood up, "My fellow delegates. With the recent uptick in major terrorist actions around the Isles. I believe it may be time to reboot our older anti-terrorist force that was originally used in the Alantania crisis awhile back."

In the door walked a Buddhist monk, his saffron dyed robes dragging softly against the ground. He was not an old man, about thirty, of Kirati descent and with a shaved head. He walked slowly into the room, doubtlessly attracting some states from several members of the assembly. When he reached Thaksin he stopped and reached out a hand.

"I am Ajahn Garama Thera, honourable delegate Thaksin. The Sangha Council have decided that you shall remain as our delegate, but have requested I join
you as well."
