[Mokov]

The assembly doors open, and a man in a military uniform strides in, flanked by a pair of aides. The Black Sun is emblazoned on an armband, as well as on the center of his cap. He walks over to the now vacant Mokovī seat, and sits down, his aides passing him a small folder. The man pulls out a small pair of spectacles, and opens the folder, before pressing the button for his microphone. His voice is harsh, and accented in a way that indicates South Mokovī heritage. "I, as a representative of the Regimentalist State of Greater Mokov, officially petition for recognition as the rightful government of Mokov, at the behest of the Vozhd and the Ryda."

[Corindia]

"An embargo, as well as a freezing of assets abroad by League nations, is appropriate to the situation in Mokov. As for the repeal of Resolution 4, I think the Segentovan delegate is correct in pointing out that it is necessary to move forward as a region."

[Ainslie]

“We await the comments of other members of this league, particularly our colleagues from the South Mesder and Argus, before we finalise our decision on resolution 19. At this stage, we are likely to abstain.

As for the matter the Havallish delegate has brought to the League, we do not believe it is wise to discuss it at this time. There is no resolution - no action step that this league can take and vote on. Further, we must be careful so as to protect the sovereignty of our individual nations in anything we do in this chamber, particularly in the domain of trade and defence.”

[Segentova]

Hugo was looking at his phone when the Mokovis entered the room, as the man spoke he shuddered. He thought quickly about his reply before pressing the button and beginning to speak. "Monsieur, by all due respect, I believe I speak for all of us here when I say that your government lacks any form of legitimacy. It is a murderous and tyrannical one with no respect to the human rights this organization is founded on, and to be frank I find you are nothing but thugs. The Segentovan delegation requests that the league formally denies the request of this "government" for recognition."

[Corindia]

"The so-called Regimentalist State has proven itself to be an authoritarian, violent regime, and this organization should under no circumstances acknowledge their government as legitimate"

[Havalland]

“The kingdom of Havalland refuses to recognize The government occupying the tsardom of mokov there will be no compromise!”

[Shanzie]

Ivo Dragan leaned forward in his seat. "I shall now read a statement from the Foreign Ministry with the approval of the Prime Minister:

In the interest of the peace, prosperity, and stability of not only the Federal Republic, but the Aprosiatic Isle and the region as a whole, the government whole heartedly support this resolution to restore the Aprosian membership, should they have it. We must, in all our endeavors, work to bring peace through diplomacy and to punish belligerence with force. Aprosia has done all it can to reform, stabilize, and normalize its relations with its neighbors far and wide. Whether it be the Dual Monarchy of Miklania or the tiniest nation, allowing for diplomacy in the league, even with nations who have been belligerent in the past, is the only way to ensure lasting peace."

Ivo Dragan laid down the statement.

"As for the matter of the Havish and Mokovian issue, the government's position is as follows: The current government of Mokov is an illegitamate government. They have do not have the consent of the people to govern and they should step down immediately. However, any use of military force should be considered an attack on a member of the league. Unless Mokov becomes the aggressor, we cannot sanction any violence towards them. Any nation which attacks the Tsardom of Mokov, regardless of internal conflict, should be dealt with immediately. Only the League may sanction such an attack."

[Serpens Land]

The delegate from Serpens Land stood up from his seat. "My government finds the recent actions in Mokov disgusting. We do not recognize the legitimacy of the current government, and urge them to return power to the legitimate government of Mokov. Serpens Land fully supports an embargo against the illegitimate government of Mokov, but cautions against military action at this time."

[Mokov]

The Mokovī representative speaks plainly, and harshly.

"There is no 'legitimate government of Mokov' left to return power to. You will either recognize the true government of Mokov, or you will not recognize Mokov at all. The Tsar is dead, and so are his ministers."

[Corindia]

"Believe it or not but killing off as much of the legitimate government as you could hasn't ingratiated anyone to you. You're not a delegate in this chamber, you're someone off the street."

[Shanzie]

Ivo sighed for a moment. "We know. Hold democratic elections, cease your harsh rhetoric, or be gone. We can deal with you another time."

[Mokov]

The delegate spits, and walks out. Just before he leaves, he turns to speak.

"There will be consequences for this. Mokov will rise, and you will all burn!"

[Corindia]

"If that's all finished, I would like to briefly refocus attention on Resolution 19 as proposed by the Segentovan delegate."

[Segentova]

Hugo stared at the Mokovis in disbelief. "Monsieurs, if you would please leave us be, I assure you there will be consequences for your actions soon enough."
He turned to the Corindian delegate "Please, monsieurs."

[Thromsa]

"The Union of Thromsa supports Resolution 19. We do feel that Aprosia needs to return to the Isles' table on a diplomatic stance. We have invested for long in Aprosia and find friendship in this relation between the two nations. We would strive for a democratic government in Aprosia, however we acknowledge that diplomacy is a step forward", Merlin Fairbairn said.

"Now... on the matters of Mokov, the Union has initiated manners to repatriate any Thromsonian in Mokov, if needed. And I may disclose that my government is indeed having an extraordinary meeting at this precise moment, related to this matter. The Mokovi people will endure hard times if the Isles allow such a horrid form of thought to flourish even more. We have experienced in other nations what massive personal colectivisation does: so called 'brainwashing'; a worse form of totalitarianism, removing the person from the body, and inserting a mere machine. However, I do point what the fellow Ahnslen delegate expressed and would point that Havalland proposes a Resolution, if they so wish. My government expressed the thoughts on Mokov, and we do not recognise any sovereignty in this new authority, recognising that there currently is a void of power in Mokov".

[Almorea]

"Almorea fully supports Resolution 19. We welcome Aprosia to take its rightful place as an equal member of the community of nations."

Zava was tapping his pen on the table. "Obviously, the situation in Mokov is extremely troubling. None of us can condone a transfer of power that was accomplished with the execution of the previous leader. Indeed, under Article 5, section two of the League Charter, I would propose that the events of Mokov represent a matter of major concern to the whole League, and it would behoove us to deny the sovereignty of Tsar Zvonimir's murders while the situation is still fluid. Almorea does not recognize or respect the legitimacy of the GZR to act as the national government of Mokov."

He turned to the delegate from Shanzie. "Mr. Dragan, you will recall that the Mokovi delegate to this chamber is not a legitimate ambassador. He lacks accreditation and, in my opinion at least, even a right to sit here with us now. We should not take his threats seriously."

[Shanzie]

"Aye to that, good Delegate."

[Aizcona]

The Estral delegate keyed the mic, "Aizcona will be in support of Resolution 19. There is minimal reason that Aprosia should be barred from this league."

"As for the matter of Mokov, we believe that the League has no business getting involved in this matter. If the new Mokov government starts to destabilize the area around South Argus then it may be time for the League to step in. As it stands this is a matter for the Mokov people that Aizcona will be keeping a close eye on. Furthermore we vehemently oppose the government of Havalland having anything to do with this. They are an interventionist state the does the opposite of the League's goal of providing stability. As such Aizcona will heavily oppose a blockade of Mokov by the Havalland navy, the movement of such a large amount of naval vessels near Estran interests is not something that will be allowed."

The Estral delegate looked around, "The Estral government would recommend that those not residing in or near South Argus stay out of this matter."

[Shanzie]

"Delegate, I'm pretty sure this groups rhetoric will lead to certain chaos and genocide. This organization was established to maintain the peace of the region. Genocide and aggressive behavior will only work to destabilize the entire region. We cannot ignore this."

[Aizcona]

The Estral delegate raised a hand, "Stability delegate, not peace. Certainly stability through peaceful actions is the preferred option, but what a sovereign government does within its borders, so long as it does not affect the stability of nation's outside of its borders, is not for us to decide. Whatever government the nation of Mokov takes up is not for us to decide so long as it manages to present a stabilized front in the international sphere."

[Shanzie]

"Perhaps you should reread our charter, delegate. We have a charter of human rights for a reason."

[Aizcona]

"The Estral government has never seen the League as an instrument for anything other than maintaining stability. The more the League pokes and prods into the sovereign affairs of nations the more and more animosity it will generate. So far there is no evidence of atrocities being committed in Mokov and until there is the League has no leg to stand on. It can protest non-democratic governments as much as it wants, but that does not mean that it has the authority to change that. I believe that is something best left to the nation and its neighbors to handle. Nobody wants to die but this is not the first regime change in history that has been bloody. At the end of the day we would much rather see a reserved and conservative league than one that shoots at the hip."

Cirasephona sighed as she entered the League chamber, already hearing the arguments from the hallways. She took her place on the central podium and signalled for the delegates to quiet down. The delegates mostly complied, save for the occasional grunts and hushed arguments. She skimmed the paper handed to her about the discussions in the League.

"The delegation of The Kingdom of Havalland has raised attention to the situation in The Regimentalist State of Mokov. While discussions were already started, the League asks if the members of the chamber would file a League Resolution for this? If so, I will let discussions continue for a time in order for a Resolution to be made. If not, I will stop it here..."

"...and call attention to Resolution No. 19, as filed by the Republic of Segentova, regarding Aprosian membership into the League and to repeal League Resolution No. 4. Discussions and voting on this resolution will start depending on the aforementioned concern's decision."

[Shanzie]

"We best deal with resolution 19 for now, then carry on to address the Mokovi situation."

[Havalland]

“Havalland is in agreement with resolution 19”
