"As you might have heard in the news, terrorist activities took place in Athara Magarat, Covonant and Karahar. So far a group calling itself SHOCK has claimed responsibility for the attacks."

"As the League is in urgency discussing matters related to Vioraux, Domanania and Romsay, we urge all nations to consider strengthen their security and check on Athara Magarati tourists. It is a matter of great shame for me to say in front of the League that Athara Magarati citizens were responsible for the terrorist activities in Covonant and Karahar. And we also have reports that this terrorist group considers Romsay to be independent and have called for a crusade against Vioraux as well."

The man with goatee looked at Fabien. "Please ensure the safety of your nation and your citizens. It seems Vioraux will not be safe anymore. We are telling this beforehand so that what happened in Coventry is not repeated."

Ramesh looked at the Covonantian delegate with sorrowful eyes. Yes, it was the fault of the Athara Magarati authorities for dismissing a terrorist threat as a hoax. If only...

"By the way, I think we should now discuss the issue of Romsay seriously." Ramesh spoke aloud. "We have terrorists who might do anything. They call themselves the modern reincarnation of the Khas-Kirat Empire and if it is so then they will be most likely to do actions that none of us have ever imagined of. We must make the League's standing on Romsay clear and table a new resolution."

The Assembly of the League of the Western Isles

Recognizing that ongoing and rising tensions regarding the nebulous nature of Romsay's independence;

Concerned that tensions could escalate to violence and further destabilize the region;

Recognizing that information regarding the conflict is limited in its scope and breadth;

Therefore;
1. All Domananian and Vienne troops that are in the borders of the entity of Romsay should withdraw to designated areas and put into effect an immediate ceasefire;
2. The League will send investigators to ascertain the nature and goals of the independence movement, as well as the current standing and nature of the conflict;
3. Member nations of the League will refrain from direct nation-to-nation relations with Romsay until its status is cemented;
4. Vioraux, Domanania and interested parties will abide by the discoveries of the investigation;
5. Any tampering of this investigation will be considered an act of Aggression against the League;
6. Further action will be decided upon following the conclusion of the investigation.

He paused and then gestured his right hand to Ramesh, "may I also register Velah's strong condemnation of the attacks perpetrated by this new terrorist group. Riots and the like will only hurt efforts in the future if the people there are unable to buy food, clothing, water, smartphones and the like. "I agree for moving to the voting session." Ramesh spoke up. "And once again, I kindly request all nations to check on Athara Magarati tourists with suspicious behaviors; especially Vioraux. We don't exactly know what they will do but they are saying Vioraux is next."

He bowed down. "We apologize for the crimes of our citizens and ask you all to move to the voting procedures."

Fabien replies In a subtly sarcastic tone. "Thank you for the meaningful apology. If it helps I want everyone to know Vioraux officially supports this resolution and we hope to see it pass. The country must come back together after all, the region depends on it."
