Today Atlanticians voted to declare war on communism, and then following the vote the TheUnited Islands of the North Atlantic Senate allowed the President to send troops to any nation he felt was communist. Amy Johnson at channel 1561$7 signing out.

So far the President has not sent troops into any communist nation and he says communists living in TheUnited Islands of the North Atlantic don't have to worry. Recent poll says that 47.78 Antlanticans do not want the President to send troops into communist nations. This is Amy Johnson signing out.

In short, socialism is the transition economy to communism in which there is still both a state and some privately owned means of production. Communism on the other hand is the last stage of socialism in which there is no or very little state, and NO privately owned means of production, with unlimited freedom. It's not too far from a libertarian utopia really.
