Your leader, equivalent to a Foreign Minister, diplomats... any of those would do just fine for representing your country (you can even mix and match). It's not a problem.

Vekaiyu will be bringing a delegation. While nothing has been posted ICly, generally they will bring along an assigned Vekaiyun Foreign Officer (VFO) and the Minister of Foreign Affairs (Ehjy Yslevestri). If it's a busy conference and she's not too busy, the Premier of Vekaiyu, Ikrisia Levinile, may join.

Also, sorry I've been a little disjointed over the past few days - I'm in the process of moving and might be a lil ineffective during that time. But I'll do what I can!
