in addition to the large 18-24 year old population, the working age has been reduced to the youngest at 18.
Work Days are increased from 8 hours to 10 hours, as accepted by the people via vote.

With the cuts to military spending (I still have a super power sized military but not as large as it was) a large surplus of somewhat modern weapons have been put up for sale on the international market.

The government of the USP officially condemns: CPPE, UM, Volkstrad, Togeria, Vukmire, and Badassistan, and all seceded republics, especially Petra. Relations with all countries will be permenantly frozen, embassies will be removed, and any international cooperation with be null and void. The following reasons are given.
Badassistan: for distriubuting military weaponry blazenly, and especially for doing this on the international market.
CPPE: For doing the same.
UM: For increasing the work hours of the common people, and being unecessarily militaristic.
Vukmire: For being unesesscary militaristic, and supporting the mujahideen.
Volkstrad: For allowing Togeria to directly support the fascists in Petra.
Togeria: For supporting said fascists.

The Petrai begin an offensive into Beyesk Oblast, starting with shelling towns close to the border. Rebels respond with their own artillery, as well as Su-24 strike aircraft manned by Soyuza pilots.

An official declaration of war is had on Sakhandar. The reason being its government not being able to support its people and unable to supress a small rebel group. Soldiers start to move in the front lines while aid corps stay behind.

Troops on the ground give aid, firing Artillery to give aid, and readying RPG units.

With the economy stagnating since the secession, but relations still high with the USP, Lyzbekistan votes to re-enter the USP as the Lyzbek SR. Military numbers are increased in the Lyzbek SR, shipped there by Il-76 strategic transport aircraft.

Threatened by this, the Jinn increase troop strengths along the border with Lyzbekistan, and many go to Sakhandar to fight as mujahideen.

The Togerian artillery is bombarded by BM-27 Uragan and BM-21 Grad rockets, supplied by the USP. Soyuza aircraft personally fight in Petra - in overwhelming numbers, MiG-23s assault the much smaller Petrai Air Force.

Volkstrad begins to ship weapons to Sakhandar to fight off the Vukmiri invaders.

The SSU reports a wave of mujahideen attacks. Su-17 ground attack aircraft, no longer used by the SPAF, are shipped to the SSU via the Lyzbek SR.

Vukmire continues to gain ground with help from the mujahideen. The new VTOL performs exellent in a ground attack role and fighter role.
