Even more protesters arrive, and they chant and sing songs against the USP:
Hey Kortnev, hey hey hey!
How many boys have you killed today?
This is one of the protesters' songs.

The Soyuza soldiers merely find new routes through and around the protesters, stony-faced. They begin seizing government and military facilities.

They encounter peaceful protesters all along the way, and the workers and the people continue with their lives as though the soldiers weren't even there.

Armored columns make their way to the capital, escorted by Mil-24 helicopters and Yak-38 VSTOL fighters.

Many children gather 'round the large machines, and some color and paint happy faces on them. Parents do nothing to prevent them from doing it, even encouraging their children to play in the streets near the soldiers.

The children are escorted away whenever they attempt to do this. The Soyuza soldiers begin confiscating government files and armaments, as well as seizing the capital building. The flag of the CPPE is lowered, and replaced with that of the USP.

At night, the capital is filled with the chants of the peaceful protesters. This is an omnipresent scene nationwide. By day, the people ignore the presence of the soldiers or the flags, demonstrative of the Marxist idea of statelessness.

The USP sees this as advantageous, and uses the opportunity to continue de-arming the CPPE, as well as occupying and re-vitalizing military bases for the usage of Soyuza troops.

Every CPPE military employee quits their job and gets a new one as community workers.

The USP orders that all independent projects of the CPPE come to a halt, and be placed under the jurisdiction of the USP federal government.
Marshal Alisa Visenyaeva is placed in command of the newly formed CPPE Occupation Zone, constituting all territories claimed by the CPPE, and in effect a republic of the USP.

The project is already under USP jurisdiction.
We wish to be a semi-autonomous region of the USP, to make our own laws and carry on stuff while pledging loyalty to the USP and being supervised by them.

The USP is displeased by this, instead postulating that the country will be subject to all central governmental laws, but for now is under military occupation for purposes of quelling a potential nationalist uprising.

We assure the USP that no such thing will happen, and that being a semi-autonomous region will not affect the USP negatively. We will also adopt all central government laws in such a region.

The USP accepts this proposition, and takes direct command of all infrastructure within the CPPE Autonomous Zone. The total military garrison in the country will be composed of some 2 million soldiers, spread out across the main island.

OOC: But otherwise, I'm allowed to continue what I was doing, and have like my own capital and currency and stuff?

OOC: You have a regional capital, use our currency, and you can't continue what you were doing if it disagrees with us. You also no longer have a military.

I was planning on abolishing it later anyway. But can I like make my own (USP-cohesive) legislature, and continue to physics?
