Zalira declares war against The New Yuktobanian Republics

We have warned the New Yuktobanian Republics, we will use force for any civiles who could be a treat for us, we will launch our tanks and aircrafts to make this invitation faster, we ask aid from Saanangi and Vaikneland for this war. If this invasion succeed or not we will continue to attack the New Yuktobanian Republics.

MEC Launch Fierce Counter Attack

Middle Eastern Coalition Heavy Artillery Guns have been stockpiled in their thousands along the border, as well as Multi Launch Rocket Systems and Cruise Missile Silo's. Immediately, Supreme General Al Bashir gives them the order to fire. As the Artillery Guns pound their targets missiles streak into the skies as Multi Launch Rockey Systems begin raining fire on tanks belonging to Zalira. Missile Silo's containing the new "X-17 Heavy Cruise Missile" have opened up at once, missiles are streaking high into the sky before arcing and diving down on the un suspecting enemies below. Minefields are causing problems with hundreds of landmines and posts with barbed wire slowing down their advance. Machine Gun nests armed with fast firing Light Machine Guns as well as Medium Machine Guns and Heavy Machine Guns tear Zaliran forces to pieces.

X-17 Heavy Cruise Missiles are long range and are also hitting targets within the Zalira mainland with deadly accuracy. Roads, Factories, Railways, Communications Links, Radar Bases, Farms and more are being hit every minute as more X-17 Heavy Cruise Missiles launch from underground silo's in the Middle Eastern Coalition. The Heavy Cruise Missiles are also targetting Army Bases, Air Force Bases and Naval Ports in order to cripple the Zaliran Military.

Middle Eastern Coalition airstrikes have also shattered the Zaliran forces as they becomed trapped in the rough terrain they are not equiped nor trained to fight in. Supreme General Al Bashir has called this a suicidal attack and promises a swift victory soon as the MEC Armed Forces push them back.

Repairing Yuktobanian-Zaliran Relations

The Yuktobanian-Zaliran war has ended in a peace treaty agreed to by both states. In this agreement, Zalira would stop its attacks against the Middle Eastern Coalition, withdraw its remaining troops from the Middle Eastern Coalition and pay compensation to the families effected by the war and the Middle Eastern Coalition Armed Forces would withdraw all forces occupying the border regions in Zalira that were deployed during the counter attack. But it wasn't all negative, as after an agreement between the Middle Eastern Coalition and the Zaliran Government, both nations are going to be restoring economic and trade relations as well as forming a strong military alliance to prevent anything like this happening again. As well as this, Supreme General Al Bashir has recommended that Zalira is given a NATO Membership or at least placed on a NATO Membership Action Plan to reverse the diplomatic tensions created between nations during the short, but eventful war. This has started a new era of peaceful diplomatic relations in the Middle Eastern Coalition as we turn to diplomacy once again to fix our problems.

The MEC's Rose Revolution

After the end of the Yuktobanian-Zaliran war protests have broken out all over the Middle Eastern Coalition calling for Supreme General Al Bashir to resign. Citizens long oppressed by his regime have declared that Supreme General Al Bashir is a dictator and an imperialist tyrant who savagely butchers his political opponents and violets almost every human rights law. The Middle Eastern Coalition Armed Forces listened to the cries and the plea's of the citizens and realised Supreme General Al Bashir was an evil man and began an armed mutiny against him on that very day. Within hours 98% of the Middle Eastern Coalition Armed Forces had rebelled and after small resistance from pockets of loyal soldiers and pro-government militia surrounded the Government Building. Supreme General Al Bashir had no choice but to resign as leader of the Middle Eastern Coalition, and he was shot by MEC Snipers soon after. The first ever democratic relations in the history of Yuktobania occurred and the citizens gained a new sense of patriotism for their new and beloved homeland.

And so the Federation of New Yuktobanian Republics was formed.

Ruling over the former Middle Eastern Coalition is democratically elected and former MEC Armed Forces Lieutenant, Aleksandr Treskayev. Along side the Yuktobanian Liberation Party, Aleksandr Treskayev won 91% of the vote and has effectively become the Founder and First President of the Federation of New Yuktobanian Republics. A Military parade took place in Astana, the new capital of the Federation of New Yuktobanian Republics where patriotic citizens waving the flag cheered in joy as the military boasted its latest Land and Air capabilities. With extensive rehabilitation programs President Aleksandr Treskayev began to reverse the effect that Supreme General Al Bashir had on the citizens of Yuktobania and increased funding to the welfare state as well as business and infrastructure. Oil is still the bulkhead and driving force of the Yuktobanian economy but trade with other nations is offering to increase the economy. Yuktobania has pulled troops out of Palestine to avoid escalating the Israeli-Palestine crisis.

Yuktobania Bolsters Presence in Pakistan

After diplomatic tensions between Omega America and Saanangi spiralled out of control due to Saanangi's wish to complete 'Akhand Bharat' which is the incorporation of Pakistan into Saanangi from the Federation of New Yuktobanian Republics. The diplomatic tensions escalated to the point in which Omega America believed that Saanangi was too big and was becoming a threat and deployed 100,000 Omega American soldiers to Pakistan in order to halt Saanangi from expanding any more and to uphold the territorial sovereignty and borders of the Federation of New Yuktobanian Republics. After an uneasy agreement, Omega America withdrew it troops from Pakistan. Whilst there has been any engagement the people of Pakistan have been left shaken up and have called for an increase in security as border tensions increase.

Overview

The Republic of Georgia Georgia is a country in the Caucasus region of Eurasia. Etymology

The self-designation used by ethnic Georgians is Kartvelebi (ქართველები, "Kartvelians"); the native name of Georgia is Sakartvelo (საქართველო; "land of Kartvelians"), and the name of the Georgian language is Kartuli (ქართული). The medieval Georgian Chronicles present an eponymous ancestor of the Kartvelians, Kartlos, a great-grandson of Japheth. The name Sakartvelo (საქართველო) consists of two parts. Its root, kartvel-i (ქართველ-ი), specifies an inhabitant of the core central-eastern Georgian region of Kartli, or Iberia as it is known in sources of the Eastern Roman Empire. Ancient Greeks (Strabo, Herodotus, Plutarch, Homer, etc.) and Romans (Titus Livius, Tacitus, etc.) referred to early western Georgians as Colchians and eastern Georgians as Iberians (Iberoi in some Greek sources)

Post WW1 Georgia

After the Russian Revolution of 1917, Georgia declared independence on 26 May 1918, in the midst of the Russian Civil War. The Menshevik Georgian Social-Democratic Party won the parliamentary election. Its leader, Noe Zhordania, became prime minister. The 1918 Georgian–Armenian War, which erupted over parts of Georgian provinces populated mostly by Armenians, ended because of British intervention. In 1918–1919, Georgian general Giorgi Mazniashvili led an attack against the White Army led by Moiseev and Denikin in order to claim the Black Sea coastline from Tuapse to Sochi and Adler for independent Georgia. The country's independence did not last long. Georgia was under British protection from 1918–1920.

Modern Era

The Republic of Georgia has built up strong ties with NATO after the 2008 Russo-Georgia war, but with the collapse of Russia, Georgia began significantly increasing its presence on the de facto borders with South Ossetia and Abkhazia, waiting for the right time to launch a devastating assault as the South Ossetian and Abkhazian economies go down the drain due to the lack of funding from Russia and eventually retook Abkhazia and South Ossetia with little resistance.
