Mexico I have no plans for. Only in the far future.
Cuba,on the other hand due to it being far away from S. America has the most naval,aircraft and army presence. It is not for sale.

Cool, but I think that the timeline branches off from 1980/1960, and I am pretty sure the Boer Wars took place before that. I may be wrong though. Still cool.

The First Boer War was in 1880 then the second in 1901 i think.
