I changed the wording a little to not force nations to do anything, veto only applies in security council, no vetoes in any other UN body.

Comintern is gaining support From Vietnam, Libya, Romania, and Bulgaria. East America and Canada under the walrus will probably join us as well

South Italy will join Mexico.

East US just sent a bunch of guns and promised support to SFULAN and threatened Mexico. Count me in.

Because that would be a tough situation. The USSR generally supports the DPRK, but they have nothing against the UFA and may support it a little. If it stayed neutral, the DPRK might accuse it of being weak, and if it got in the war on either side, it would hurt its economy some and it would waste lives on something that the USSR doesn't have much of an official stance on. If it did stay neutral, the DPRK could blackmail it with sanctions, also hurting its economy and maybe tearing apart the Comintern, which could start World War Three for real. If you were in his position, you would probably do everything in your power to avoid this.
