If he RP'ed Argentina, he wouldn't last two IRL weeks before he'd be forced to become a rebel group.

I don't think you should RP as part of France, since it's being conquered and will be totally annexed in a few days (weeks) at the most. Just my opinion. Plus, it would mess up the situation in Europe.
