Hrm. You have learned well, young one. My scientists are actually thinking about Velcro. We've made one with 2 straps connected and using extra connection through a knot tied in a ring, locked in to the deck of the carrier. We need to make a super-Velcro though. Firstly is this an amphibious landing? because you may have the man power but to muster enough amphibious assault vehicles would take forever, they're costly machines and can only carry half a dozen men (unless you would like to use an unarmed open roofed landing craft, like the Higgins landing craft (Normandy invasion, 1944) which can carry a dozen or so men) you would require to build tens of thousands to even muster a small army to be bale to capture a modern beach head, further more you would require Air Force to destroy positions that would mow your infantry down, then again your facing heavy anti air defence and other fighter aircraft, (as in the Normandy invasions the Canadians, British and other commonwealth helped with the landings) Losses would be devastating and to get any kind of edge over your opponent you would have to capture a deep sea port to be able to transport armour and etc in. Forgive me if im wrong

You don't need to reserve it. Just lower warhead # to 700 at the max (I'd suggest more like 500, but it's up to you), and you're in. Also, do you want to add Jordan? It separates your country into two parts, making it really hard for Egypt to receive assistance. That'll make it easy prey for enemies and probably prone to insurgencies/rebellions. I'd recommend you add Jordan or annex it fast.
