Don't we already have one? Anyway, as I never use IRC I'd probably be against this. It was the same with the forum- there's no need when we can just discuss things here quite easily.

IRC makes it vastly easier to plan and co-ordinate RPs in my opinion, as well as offering opportunities to 'bro' with fellow RPers.

I feel I should point out that Dalmatia was Venetian before Hungary even existed, and that it regained these territories after Austria, then in control of Hungary, stole them from Venice. So you can't really claim any sort of moral high ground here.

Dalmatia yes Croatia(the Croatian land peninsula or corridor of sorts.) and Istria no there is a distinct difference. If it stays peaceful then i intend to leave Venice with Dalmatia, however if it leads to war and i am Victorian i intend on taking Dalmatia also. However after reviewing several maps i see your point, lets just see how things play out for now.

Generally, you're safe downloading anything in .rar/.zip format. You can inspect the contents first. In this case, if you check the inside of the file, you'll see there's nothing but .pngs, which can't carry viruses.

The guys in the foreground look like Hussars of some sort, the ones in the background on the right look like officers. I imagine your uniforms for infantry would be similar to them (red jacket, blue trousers).

You might have to use a template to make the uniforms in MSpaint, use a template or ask somebody in this thread if they'll do it for you:

Generally speaking, European armies tended to, when they updated their uniforms, go for whoever was most successful in the last war. For instance, after the Napoleonic Wars, a lot of continental European armies started wearing Russian-style shakos. I imagine Hungary would probably do the same. That or just go for the old standby of stovepipe shakos.

I can probably supply details for other types of uniforms if somebody takes the job or if you decide to do it yourself.

In regards to uniforms ill probably keep the germans of the army wearing white and the Hungarians and extras wearing red

Blue would probably be easier to find. You can just throw them in Prussian-style uniforms.

If Persia joines the Cythereans it will annoy Russia considerably. I would probably withdraw my aid.
