The few natives we have move between the deepest, darkest parts of the forests where few venture. Many people go in these lost regions and don't come out. Sometimes they're found killed by poisonous plants, or hostile animals not used to human contact. Others are found killed with blades, arrows, or other such things in styles that went out of favor almost four hundred years ago. Plenty of other unpleasant animals and plants out there too. I once went out to such a place, it was like stepping into a whole different world. Places like that are few and far inbetween, but people steer clear of them. Who knows what we'd find if we really ventured out there."
