H2RN is a synthetic virus which was created in a Blacksite lab just 5 miles outside Naran. H2RN lives in the bloodstream, which allows it to move very fast through the infected victim's body. The virus then targets all major internal organs, shutting them all down, causing the victim to die painfully. Finally, after the victim has died, the virus takes approximately 30 seconds to bring its host back to life. However, H2RN has been known to mutate, causing some infected victims to become more extreme. For example, in 1959 when the H2RN research began, scientists that were working on the virus begun to see infected animals become more aggressive, with the ability to climb, run, and even jump. Now, this virus has even more unknown mutations, which could cause many infected to become even more powerful and extreme.
H2RN was only supposed to be weaponized in used as a last resort in the war against foreign terrorism. However, one infected subject had a mutated strain of H2RN and was able to break free of it's holding cell, infect all of the scientists and guard at the lab, and was able to escape into the wild. Now the virus has reached Naran, with few survivor groups still inside Naran. The government has abandoned Naran, after the Quarantine was established in 2014. The only things keeping the outbreak from spreading to the rest of Norpel, and possibly the entire world, are 200 foot tall walls and a vast bay where Norpelian battleships were once docked, but are now abandoned.
The PHA (Public Health Association) are funding the reasearch into finding a cure for H2RN , but have had no success so far. However, PHA has found an antidote which temporarily stops the spread of the virus. PHA has also begun dropping "care packages" all across Naran for the survivors. In these "care packages" are vials of the antidote, along with food and other necessary items which allow you to create and modify weapons. The "care packages" are usually marked with red smoke. Those who find the "care packages" are often better off for a couple of days.
The Survivor Groups:
You may choose to be in one of the following groups, however, it is not a requirement. YES, You can be a LONE WOLF!
1.) The Vushari Clan- One of the most powerful and longest lasting mobs of Norpel. Their main HQ is in Naran and they control a large amount of the city. The Vushari Clan is a highly feared organization and is well trained, however, their numbers are small because of the outbreak. They are also loyal and courageous to the leader, Joeseph Vushari, a well known mob boss and weapons dealer.
2.) The Rise Group- Led by Andrew Rise, this group is strong and fierce, and controls tactical portions of the city. Andrew Rise was a former Navy Seal, and trained those that he took under his wing like a Navy Seal would be taught. This group is highly trained and knows Naran very well.
3.) The Brotherhood- A group of former assassins that have trained those they deem fit for survival. They are pros at sticking to the shadows and moving silently. They favor ranged weapons such as throwing knives, bows, and even sniper rifles.
4.) The Wolf Pack- This group is small, and very few make it into The Pack. The Wolf Pack usually are either in the smuggling tunnels or on the outskirts of town. They are savages and will hunt anyone who hunts them.
5.) Lone Wolf- You can choose this option if you do not like any of the options above. Yo are a lone wolf, and abide by no groups' rules. However, this option is the most dangerous, and you may die easily. This is not for the faint-hearted.

7.) Your RP must be at least four paragraphs (Put some detail and effort into your RP. You will first receive a warning for not having at least four paragraphs, and then will be kicked if you become a repeat offender.)
8.) No High level Weaponry (Ballistic/Nuclear weaponry, Rocket Launchers, Etc. You may have Explosives such as Grenades, Molotovs, Semtex, etc., however, you must scavange for the materials required to make them!)
9.) EVERYONE starts with a 9mm pistol and a knife!
