Titoist factions continue to rise to power in both nations. Iran in particular has come under the thrall of a major Titoist party. Progress in Pakistan is much slower, and there has been much stiffer resistance against the Titoist faction due to bordering both the CPPE and the USP.

Work on upgrading the national railroads is nearing completion, and work on healthcare, education, and utility infrastructure has been continuing on schedule.

In the Ministry of Defense, the MD.450 project has been cancelled, and work is now beginning on a comprehensive army development program. Work is now underway on developing a new light and heavy tank, artillery gun, and a new fighter and bomber. This development is completely classified.
