A lone Soyuza soldier makes her way over to the Volkstradi lines. Tall, with brunette hair and a thin but strong body, she seems the stereotype of a Soyuza, her face seeming warm but stern at the same time. She says hello in Romanian.

Many of the soldiers, mostly those from Patrientul or Zelyazko, great her with relative warmth and open arms. Their replies often come out sounding deeper and more mechanical, as many are wearing their helmets and gas masks. One group of soldiers invites her over to join them, who are situated around a fire.

"Definitely."
Sofi heads up-stairs, runs a brush through her hair, puts on her boots, sunscreen, and some sunglasses. She puts on her jacket, but leaves it open and rolls up the sleeves. She then heads out front and waits for Chun.

The road leads to a horrid scene. The soldiers so desperate for victory they started digging in, throwing bodies around, trying to find someway to stop this beast coming from them. There the young boy sits, being forced to help dig the trenches, scolded, pushed, hit to do so. Tears run down his face, the splinters digging deep into his skin, his shoes providing no protection from the muddy ground. He coughs, cold, hungry his pleas answered with meager portions of the rations. Hope lost from his eyes, as he digs, digs, and digs more, forced to know this is his fate.

The day turns to night, as the boy keeps digging, a hole he feels he soon may decorate. At that moment moment the sky lights, up the otherside calling in a barrage to decorate the sky in white light to rival the sun. He looks mesmerized by the light, and then looks in fear as seemingly they head toward him. The solders become frantic preparing anything to be used as cover, now matter how futile their efforts are.

Four Volkstradi soldiers sit there. One wears his helmet, gas mask, and over-mask(Kind of a cloth mask worn over the gas mask), who says in the mechanical voice overlay of the mask with a Serbian accent "I'm Vlasic. First name doesn't matter. I'm called 'Kapriz' by the rest of these lot". The others have their helmets on the ground and their gas masks on their belts. One next to Kapriz goes after him, who wears a Ushanka and the over-mask, speaking with a Bulgarian accent "Krastyo Hristov". The next one, the only woman in the group goes next, who speaks with a Hungarian accent "Kata Prohaska, nice to meet you". The last one, a taller man with a beard goes, speaking with a Czech accent "Dvorak, Aleksandr Dvorak".
