If Delvosity can make an army of 50,000 tanks and 4,000,000 troops easily and right off the bat. Then Nuverikstan can surely produce more because I have not been through a large civil war, and I haven't already started large fighting.

Larger population yes, better production? No proof anywhere. Also you have been in mostly peace time. How do you have 50,000 tanks at the start of the first war ever to use them?! Not just that, but there should only be a few tanks in existence at this moment because no one has had need of them. But if we can start a war with an absurd number of tanks for anytime before the second world war. Count me in.

That is a lie because if you scroll back through the past pages of the IC you will see that my nation has been producing like mad since the first comment. And we haven't been mostly at peace time because in the majority of the IC we have been expanding or helping others expand.

I follow a model.

1 Land Army = 1M men
1 Tank Army = 10k tanks

So does Yugoslavia.
