I KNOW THIS IS A LITTLE UNORTHADOX BUT CAN I SWITCH TERRITORIES.

1. It would prevent WW1 happening so quick
2. Would allow Nuverikstan to have a fair chance to expand
3. Doesnt look good in general.

I own 2 territories and 1 is under siege so far so I would transfer that.
