Within the walls of his office, Manuel Espana wrote on his desk a speech for the most recent events in Escar, The Formal Declaration of Independence of the Islamic Republic of Tebekistan. The United Arab Republics (UAR) was given to know his will and guarantee for the independence of the new republic.

Only needs to be done would make formal appointment and day for the meeting in the conference room of the Federal Government Palace.

"Mr. President?"

"Go ahead, Rivas, have a seat"

Rivas walked to the office and sat in front of the president.

"Rivas, as you know, the Islamic Republic of Tebekistan declared independence from the Union of Arab Republics and I suggested to President
Mahmoud Nassar and Government of Ragi prepare a meeting here to formalize the statement. I want to send communications to the offices of Rabat and Ragi.

President Mahmoud Nassar sat quietly looking over the reports from the battlefront in the Islamic Republic for a moment, before quietly wondering to himself what President Jasra Rashid was thinking, when she ordered the occupation of Garza. Suddenly a young adviser rushed into the room, with a letter in hand for the president, which caused him to stand up out of his chair "Can you please knock on the door, before entering my friend? I was in the middle of reading these front line reports.". It took a while for the adviser to catch his breath, but finally after a couple of minutes he was ready to speak to the president "Sir we just receive this letter from President Manuel España asking us to meet, with Tebek officials on netural ground in New Horizon, New Spanishland. I image that this is our chance to end the blood shed in eastern Escar, before it turns into a world War between the opposing sides of the conflict. We have a feeling that he has already notified the Tebek Government, that we are ready to hold talks about a possible peace treaty between the United Arab Republics, and the Islamic Republic of Tebekistan.". Once the adviser was finished giving his comment to the president he back up, and walked towards the door for a moment, before turning to look back at the president. President Nassar read over the letter one more time to just be sure about what it said, before looking back up at his young adviser "Well then my friend please go now, and send a official diplomatic response to President Manuel España informing him that I will be in New Horizon for the peace conference. Lets just hope that this idea works my friend, before this conflict turns into a world war, within the region of Escar now go and let me prepare my notes for the journey.".

Once the adviser left the room President Nassar sat back down in his chair, and quickly read over the letter three more times before finally tossing it in the trashcan, with a bad feeling in his gut. Finally after sitting there a few more moments he decided to get up to pack his notes for the trip, but somewhere down the line he could not help to feel nervous about the upcoming meeting, with the Tebek officials.

Greetings! Mr. President I must say that I deeply respect your determination to end the blood shed in eastern Escar, before it turns into a world war, which could cause even more deathes within the region. Ex-President Jasra Rashid really mess up the problem in the east, when she ordered North African forces to occupy the city of Garza in southern Tebekistan, however even now that particular city is in danger of falling back into Tebek hands. I have no love for Supreme Prophet Dayo Gueye, or her lackies but I do believe it is time to end the blood shed, within our wonderful region. There for I and Prime Minister Dima Aswad will be in New Horizon for the peace conference, and hopefully we can reach an agreement with the Tebeks to end this war, before it gets too out of hand. It feels funny that we are fixing to meet face to face, with the enemy but if it will end the conflict, then we must do our part to ensure it's success.

The standing in line did very little to help President Nassar's already shocked nerves, but with Prime Minister Dima Aswad standing by his side he could not back out now not, with the fate of eastern Escar hanging in the balance. Once they were checked in the president, and prime minister walked over to the waiting area to sit down for a moment, before heading towards their plane. Prime Minister Aswad could not help but to notice the look in President Nassar's eyes, which caused her to sake him a little "Sir are you alright? You have not said anything since our departure from the Presidential Palace." finally snapping him out of his dream world "I am alright Ms. Aswad please don't worry about me it is just nerves.", but that was only half true the president was worried about the outcome of the peace conference. Finally the call came through that the plane was ready for departure, which caused the president, and prime minister to rush down the hall towards their assigned gate. Once on the plane President Nassar choose a window seat, and quickly sat down with Prime Minister Aswad choosing one across the isle from him so they could talk about the conference before arriving in New Spanishland. The Presidential Plane was quite nice, with enough space on board for a full cabinet meeting not to mention security officers, which rushed around making final preparations for departure.

Suddenly the pilot came over the intercom, and announced that they would be departing shortly for all personal to put on their seat belts, which the president and prime minister did in a timely fashion. The truth was that Prime Minister Dima Aswad had a little serect that she was not sharing, with the president or anyone else it was official her first time flying in a airplane, which caused her to close her eyes when they started rushing down the runaway. Soon they were in the air allowing Prime Minister Aswad to open her eyes up, and look outside it was deeply peaceful up here but for how long.

The flight was becoming a good feeling to the prime minister, when President Nassar awoke her out of her day dream "Prime Minister Aswad I do believe we need to go over our plan of action, before we arrive in New Spanishland.". Finally after a few minutes the prime minister nodded, and they both begin practicing their lines for the upcoming conference, however both of them could not shake the feeling of bad luck to come. Shortly after begin their second practice President Nassar had to excuse himself, because he had to make a quick bathroom stop before finishing up with the excise, with the prime minister who turned and looked back out the window. Once his business was taking care of in the bathroom he quickly walked back towards his seat, before looking back at the prime minister who continued to stare out the window.

"It is a amazing sight is it not Prime Minister Aswad? Nothing but fresh air up here, but I could not help to notice something is this your first time flying?", upon hearing the president's comment the prime minister snapped out of her day dream, and quickly nodded her head towards the president. He begin smiling for a good long moment, before shaking his head "Don't worry my friend you are in good hands up here in the wide blue sky. The pilots in the cockpit are some of the best trained, within the United Arab Air Force besides our ace squadrons. So sit back, and take a chill pill try to enjoy the trip to New Spanishland.". The president's comment did very little to smooth over the prime minister's nerves, but never the less he was right about their pilots being the best. Finally after about five hours in the air the co-pilot walked back into the passenger area, and whisper something in his ear which caused him to nod "Go and radio their control tower let them know we are approaching New Spanishland aerospace.. Upon receiving President Nassar's orders the co-pilot saluted him, and rush back towards the plane's cockpit to radio the tower "New Spanishland Aerospace Traffic Tower this UAR One we are carrying President Nassar, and Prime Minister Aswad aboard for a peace conference with your president. Requesting permission to land at New Horizon International Airport.

The mood was some what calm in the Queen's Office with Supreme Prophet Dayo Gueye, Queen Shadia Rashid, and Prime Minister Yusuf Bata all gathered around reading the latest reports from the front line in Garza, which was currently under siege by elements of the Tebek Army. Prime Minister Yusuf Bata noticed the look of concern of both the faces of Supreme Prophet Gueye, and Queen Rashid for a moment before deciding to speak openly "My friends it looks like we are on the path to victory against the United Arab Republics, but their forces in Garza continues to hold on for reinforcements. We need to take the fight to them right now, before they have a chance to fortify their lines in the city Commander Ali Dahar, and his forces is ready to continue the push into Garza.". Suddenly their came a knock on the door of the Queen's Office, which caused all of them to look towards it for a moment, before Queen Rashid finally gave the person permission to enter the room. A young security officer enter the room holding a piece of paper in his hand, before addressing them he snapped them a quick salute, and handed the paper to the queen to read. Queen Rashid quickly took the letter from the security officer, and quickly read over it twice before addressing the others in the room "It seems that we just received a invite to peace talks in New Spanishland by President Manuel España", which shocked both Supreme Prophet Gueye and Prime Minister Bata, but remained quiet so the president could finish reading the letter "According to this they managed to get the United Arab Republics to agree to this peace conference in New Horizon, however they can not complete it without us being present at the meeting. I am not all too sure about meeting with this new UAR President, but he does seem to be a bit more un-war like his predessor." The queen quickly turned to look at Supreme Prophet Gueye for a moment, before telling her to go and send a official diplomatic letter to New Spanishland informing them that she, and Prime Minister Bata will be attending the conference in New Horizon.

Greetings President España! We have never met before during our nations's existence, but please allow me to introduce myself I am General Dayo Gueye, and I happen to be the Supreme Prophet of the Islamic Republic of Tebekistan. We have just received your invite to a Peace Conference in your capital city of New Horizon, which comes as a complete shock to our government here in Ragi. We can not believe that you managed to talk the United Arab Republics into making peace in eastern Escar, but to tell you the truth we are actually glad that you did convience them to the idea. The Battle for Garza in southern Tebekistan has taught us that this war would be long, and bloody but it could have the possiblity of turning into a world war in the region of Escar. Queen Shadia Rashid has requested me to send this letter to you informing that she, and Prime Minister Yusuf Bata will be in New Horizon for the conference.

Ragi International Airport was a modern marvel only three years old, but yet one of the most active airport within the Islamic Republic to date, and held one of the most major tactical advantages for the fledging Islamic Air Force of Tebekistan(IAFT). The citizens of Ragi continued on about there business in a normal fashion since the horrors of war has yet to reach this wonderful city, and most of them remain unaware of the blood shed in the southern half of the country. Queen Shadia Rashid and Prime Minister Yusuf Bata walked through the people wondering around the airport, but could not help to notice some of them looking at them, with looks of concern in their eyes. "I know how these people feel Prime Minister Bata, because I was feeling the samething during the Civil War in Aldahn before the fall of the Union of Eastern Escari Republics. Just for your personal record I am Aldahni, but was rise for most of my childhood in the United Arab Republics." upon hearing the queen's shocking revelation Prime Minister nodded, and escorted her towards the check in counter.

Once they were fully checked in Queen Rashid, and Prime Minister Bata walked over towards the sitting area for a quick rest, but could not help to notice the few stares they were receiving from the people around them. Suddenly a young pilot rushed over to the prime minister, and whispered something in his ear which caused him to get up out of his chair "Your Majesty our plane is ready for departure on runaway three, but we must hurry because they have another planned to take off soon. If you will please follow me I will escort you to our terminal, and during our rush if you have any questions please feel free to ask them.". When they finally boarded the plane Queen Rashid took a quick look around the passenger area, before taking a seat with a window view. She remained there for the duration of the crew's preparation, but soon she decided to head back towards the Royal Office in the back of the plane for some rest.

The take off was very rocky at first but once the manage to get up into the air the ride, became a lot more smoother there for allowing the queen to close her eyes for a while in hopes of a short nap, before they arrived in New Spanishland. Suddenly after a thirty minute nap the prime minister was over her, and shaking her to get up "Your Majesty we need to look over our notes, before we arrive in New Spanishland. You know that the officials of the United Arab Republics will be ready for us, when we get to the meeting area so we must have our notes memorized." Queen Rashid slowly rose up from her nap, but could not help to feel a little nervous about meeting, with President Nassar of the United Arab Republics, but this was far more better then to continue on with war. They practice their notes, questions, concerns, and statements twice, before deciding to head back toward the passenger area of the plane, with high hopes for this upcoming conference.

The trip was some what relaxing for the queen in terms of just being free of all the stress back home, but most of that time on the run from federal North African authorities during her sister's control over the United Arab Republics. She turned to look at Prime Minister Bata for a moment, who was laid back in his seat almost a sleep so she decided to get up, and return to her quarters in the back for some rest. Finally after five hours of flying the co-pilot walked back into the passenger area from the cockpit, and lightly shook the prime minister "Sir we will be arriving in New Spainshland soon.", which caused him to nodded "Okay go and inform the control at New Horizon International Airport, that we are about to arrive. I will go ahead and wake up Queen Rashid to make sure she is ready to go, when we touch down at the airport.. Prime Minister Bata walked back towards the back of the plane, and knock on the door before entering only to see the queen at her desk "Your Majesty we are fixing to touch down in New Horizon how about we go over our notes one more time?". The co-pilot arrived back in the cockpit, and quickly put his headset back on to radio the tower "New Horizon International Airport this is Royal Airline One from Tebekistan, and we have Queen Shadia Rashid and Prime Minister Yusuf Bata on board for a meeting with your president. We are here on a invite for peace talks, with the United Arab Republics requesting permission to land."

It was a busy day at the Airport, and Eric Valles was in his controls when he heard:

"New Spanishland Aerospace Traffic Tower this UAR One we are carrying President Nassar, and Prime Minister Aswad aboard for a peace conference with your President. Requesting permission to land at New Horizon International Airport"

He remember then the orders from the President España: "Is very important that the runway number 1 and 2 is clear for the arrival of the UAR and Tebek diplomats, I'll be waiting for them so please advise me when they step Spanishlandian soil." Then Valles quickly reacted.

"This is the Air Traffic Control Tower, You have full authorization for landing at Runway 1 UAR One. ¡Welcome to New Spanishland!"

"Thanks Air Traffic Control Tower, We're proceeding to land acording with your directives"

"OK Gentlemen" Said Valles "Call the Presidential Honor Guard and tell the President that their guests are already here"

At Gate 1 was the President España with Vice-President Rivas waiting for the UAR and Tebek leaders, in that moment a Security man from the airport aproched to the President.

"Sir. We have been informed that the plane that is carrying President Nassar and his Prime Minister is about to land at Runway 1"

"Thanks"

Meanwhile, at the Air Traffic Control Valles recived another landing authorization.

"New Horizon International Airport this is Royal Airline One from Tebekistan, and we have Queen Shadia Rashid and Prime Minister Yusuf Bata on board for a meeting with your President. We are here on a invite for peace talks, with the United Arab Republics requesting permission to land."

"This is Air Traffic Control Tower, you have full authorization for landing at Runway 2 Royal Airline One, ¡Welcome to New Spanishland Her Majesty"

After a While, both planes were at their respective Runways preparing for disembarking, The Presidential Honor Guard was outside wating for the Leaders of the guest nations came out of the planes.
