A referendum took place on November 2nd, asking the people of Syndikat if they wish to dissolve the Fedsynd. The results ended with a vote of 71-29 in FAVOUR of dissolution. Elections for a new Fedsynd will occur in December, after the Togerian Celebration.

The visitors discover a world centered around the commune. City streets are designed for maximum efficiency, and there is a complete lack of hovercars. It's far quieter than Terra as well, as most people use telepathy to communicate. Whenever they see a foreign visitor, they greet them and welcome them to the country.

Petrescu finds the latter two to be uncommon, but not in any way wrong or strange, as both are legal in Volkstrad. However, this language is completely foreign to her, and finds the whole place to be very alien.

Clara finds the mix of cultural influcences beautiful, though is disturbed by a lack of Francophone influence. She's impressed by the communal setups of the city that promote one of Syndikats tenants, solidarity. Despite this world being so far away, and in many ways alien, it feels like home to Clara, and many other Syndikatis attending.
