The Battle Fleet begins bombarding the capital in preparation for the siege. The 2nd fleet hits the Iron Fortresses to the west from the skies, while the forces below open up an artillery barrage and dig in.

Hundreds of AA Guns open fire from Khoranostgrad. The whole city is one, giant fortress. Walls, barbed wire, mines, gun emplacements, artillery, and tanks fill the city. The Volkstag is the most fortified of all, having turned into a giant fortress where the Stasi commanders wait in a bunker underneath. 900MM Defence Cannons wait ready to fire on buildings surrounding it, and the Stasi are dug in and ready for battle.

He looks up,"What's it like out there, we're in a stalemate, is there any way to break it?"

"Ambushes, mostly. The Syndikatis are in a stalemate, but we have completely air superiority. We need to suppress their AA fire, least costly way would be from the ground, which opens up the guerrilla issue again.."

With the war going nowhere, Syndikati troops begin digging in. Armour tries pushing forward with air and artillery support.

The Soyuza army is now strong, and opens fire with a stronger barrage. Tetragz range ahead into the city, taking out snipers and assassinating Stasi leaders.

Artillery fires on the armor and Mortars begin to rain down on the entrenched troops. Rockets and Maulers begin to fire on infantry and armor trying to head over.

Syndikati bombers conduct a run on artillery positions, with fighters providing support. Artillery fires upon rockets and maulers, whilst armour and infantry continue to attempt an advance.
