The Surpet Republic has declared full independence from Lipnitia this morning, claiming that they are a 'rich region with a rich history that should be independent'. The Lipnitian government are slightly worried by this, as there are debates as to whether the leader of the Surpet isn't or is a terror suspect who slit three peoples' throats at Trofis International Airport last year. The Lipnitian Intelligence Agency has discovered that the suspect's and the leader's facial features align perfectly, leading them to believe that Ahmed Mikolaikov actually is the terror suspect. The Lipnitian president, Andrei was notified of this, in fact, this is his conversation with the Minister of Internal Affairs, Albert Kuknikovski:

President: What's that noise in the corridor!?
Minister of Internal Affairs: It's just me, but I'm loud because I've been rushing to tell you this – they've examined the photographs of the two men, and they've noticed that the facial features align perfectly!
P: You must be joking!
M: My President, this is no joke. This morning the 'country' seceded from us and set up a temporary government, designed a flag and a seal in less than two hours!
P: It is in fact an intense situation – the fact that a bunch of idiots from the northwest set up a 'government' turns me off, but also the alignment of the facial features of the two men...

The president spoke to his citizens on the Speech Balcony around noon today; this is a fragment of what he was quoted saying:

I welcome you, my fellow Lipnitian brothers and sisters, as today – today is a very special day, but sadly, in a negative way [...] the Surpet Republic has seceded from the nation we all live in – and Intelligence Agency have discovered that the leader of that very country might be a man who slit three peoples' throats at the biggest airport in Lipnitia [...] their facial features aligned perfectly!

TELEGRAM FROM XTOSHTIA'S MINISTRY OF TERROR EXPULSION

On behalf of our King, B.I.L. (who has recently been busy organizing the government's defense system) we worry for your nation. The Ministry of Terror Expulsion's International Committee held a meeting after the news that the new nation established (the Surpet Republic) was by a man who is suspected to have been a terrorist in the Lipnitian country. They ruled that there is a potential threat that the Surpet Republic may very well be planning to build up a military of sorts, and attack Lipnitia. For the safety of your nation, and neighboring countries, Xtoshtia would like to have a meeting with Lipnitia's president (and, if needed, other leaders in the government), Xtoshtia's King and Leading Viceroy, to decide what to do about Surpet. The meeting place will be at the Ministry's base. We can arrange a private government aircraft to fly your leader there if you wish. If you decide to, our military is more than ready to plan an attack, and even go to war with this so-called-nation Surpet. We hope to see you at the meeting. And remember, both your nation, and others are at risk.

UNITARY PEOPLE'S REPUBLIC OF KADOLHA

Kadolha, beautiful land, powerful military and economic power. The Military has never been so ready for war ever before, the Government decided to only use 120,000 troops for any kind of war, but more than 300,000 for defending the land when it's under attack. "Sir! Sir!" a Military commander ran into the President's room, President Neron turned around and asked "What is it?", the Commander replied "There is this new country formed, right south from us, they're called Surpet Republic and also want us to recognize them & they threaten us with some attacks on the border if we don't", "Calm down, it is suicide to mess with us... How we all know our borders are guarded 24/7, by the Border Police and Border Defense Guard, we're absolutely ready for any kind of attacks. So calm the heck down, host some training and relax" he then sat on his chair, picking up a pen and paper. He writes on the paper:

Dear Lipnitians,
It has come to me and my people's eyes that a country has illegally separated from you and claimed independence. They threatened Kadolha to start multiple terrorist attacks on the Lipnitian-Kadolhan border if we don't recognize them. I'm actually risking the life of my people, because there are many villagers around the borders, not just Kadolhan ones. But do not worry, we will not recognize the so called "Serput Republic", our Border Defense Guard is active 24/7 on the borders. Anyway, if they attempt to attack us, I will have to prepare a force to strike back against their lunatic government. We aren't going to tolerate the Surpet Republic, we had problems of our own with countries willing independence on Kadolhan land, which they failed to gain.

SERPUT/LIPNITIAN-KADOLHAN BORDER

"Are ya boys ready?!" shouted a Kadolhan Border Defense Guard Lieutenant, while the rest replied "Yes, Sir!". The Kadolhan BDG consists a total of 59,400 personnel who are willing to defend their homeland's borders from any kind of threat. The Air Force was also doing daily patrols over the borders, mainly a total of 3 F-16 Fighting Falcons were spotted flying around. The Military filmed the Air Force ground-attack training and the power of Ground Force also to scare the Serputians. One of the ground-attack training was seen by villagers as a open field had smoke rising up due to 2 Sukhoi Su-30MKI shooting out a total of 8 missiles, but 4 each one Sukhoi. "Kadolha is definently ready for war, nothing can stop us, even if foreign nations attack us, we will defend our homeland with the power of all our man" said a Kadolhan General while grabbing a AK-74 assault rifle. Kadolha is constantly ready for anything, thanks to the economy rising up and the Military budget getting increased.
