IC: The United States of Conner Colony of Valcom, named after the largest manufacturing city in the United States of Conner, is a colony of the USC in name only. In reality, it is more of a province, a division. It is governed by the Federal Government of the USC, has the same rights and systems as the USC, and essentially is a part of the USC. The USC, while standing against outright imperialism, does believe that this is a good system.
The United States of Conner Central Intelligance Agency has received information that the dictatorship of Stagmar has plans to annex the Conner province of Valcom. In response, the full might of the USC has been deployed in full force. The neighboring nation of New Timmsland, another USC province, has also deployed fully. Conner Navy Fleets, made up of Conner class Supercarriers, Fallen Angel class Railgun Destroyers, Support class carriers, Arkham class missile cruisers, Hades class stealth submarines, and Chaos class Electronic Warfare Vessels. Mines have been layed in a 100-mile radius around Valcom's sea ports.
On land, Armored Assault Suitshave been seen patrolling the streets of Valcom along with Infantry Soldiers. Many civilians from Valcom, New Timmsland, and mainland USC have all enlisted, and many more have pledged to use their privately owned guns on invaders, should they reach land. The total amount of soldiers in Valcom, with infantry being moved over from the rest of the USC, now numbers at about 16 million - 690,000 from Valcom, 5,000,000 from the mainland, and about 8,000,000 from New Timmsland. A draft may be instituted in all areas, should the war become dire.
The government of the USC calls for assistance from democratic nations in assisting it in protecting it's land.
