[Caribica]

3 years after the coup that thrust President Salvador Mendoza to supreme power In Caribica the majority of people are against the government, military units are mutinying, there's rioting in the streets and the government has resorted to public executions to maintain order. Among these a group of rebels arose, took control of 2 provinces and have requested aid from the international community, pointing out multiple crimes against humanity carried out by the Caribican government and law enforcement, including torture of political prisoners, ethnic cleaning of native populations and abuse of power. Caribica, on the other hand offers 250 billion resoes to any private military company willing to send at least 100,000 troops to aid them. While the rebels fight for a just cause and have the support of over half of Caribicas population they are hopelessly outnumbered and outgunned by Caribican armed forces and will need support from other nations if they want a prayer of winning the war.
