Shin begins to eye everyone in the room intensely, even his own delegacy. The room feels silent and cold, as no one speaks. He continues this stopping on Rodriguez.

Fuchida pulls a bottle of liquor out of his coat, taking a swig. He then offers the bottle to Satori with a wink.

Shin's head shoots towards Fuchida. "Don't you dare try to poison her with that vile drink." His voice is stern, almost mimicking a drill sergeant. He takes a deep breath. "I say our nations have a lot of history, not all good. Before we move forward we must put aside old rivalries."

rodriguez speaks up "and i beleive my expansion has turned some eyes and may have started some rivalries so shall we start there"
