In the Real World New Zealand produces enough food to feed 40 Million People a Year yet has a Populace of only 4.5 Million, as
they export 90% of it.

I guess I can RP that the farmland was restored because of you remember during the New Zealand conflict I had the JAF Napalm the island and then the US put the fires out and turned into factory island. I could also RP that there are large Greenhouses in the Desert areas where food is grown

Greenhouses are pretty dangerous and as far as I am concerned, you stated that the napalming would make the land unfarmable.

Exactly, so Jurestist you better not expand into the Polynesian islands for they have very very close ties to the United States. Invading them would not only be an act of war by you would be tried in the United Nations and possibly kicked from the Security Council.

The Polynesian and Micronesian islands are allies and trade partners with the United States and have mutual defense treaties.

I'm not taking all of what was Polynesia just the island close to New Zealand and Papua New Guinea which I already have you can have Easter Island, I'm taking Samoa you can have the other side of the island. Tuvalu is mine as well

For a set amount of time it could be restored, but it would take years to repaired

They still have an alliance, trade treaty, and mutual defense treaty. Most pacific nations signed this after the major conflict in Jerustist to be protected. French Polynesia is of course France's.

For most of the island in the South Pacific I think most would be independent as history didn't happen as it did in RL. so the US wouldn't have as many pacific islands because WW2 didn't happen as it did in RL there was no Japanese/American War during WW2 so the US wouldn't see any need for pacific islands
