(I'm new here. I'm making this so I can get some experience with how the forums work)

General James Fury Sat at his office desk, revising reports from the field. Uneventful mandated monthly base checks. Nothing big, a fire,a small fight, a few other bothers. Fury tossed the folder to the side of his desk and drew a cigarette. He lit a match and was about to light the cigarette when a sargent burst through the door panting for breath."Fort Hood has been attacked sir!" He yelled before collapsing on his floor. General Fury bolted up and dashed over to him. "Exhausted." He noted. "DOYLE!" He yelled out the door. A young corporal appeared in the doorway."send word to the emperor that we've been attacked!" The corporal' s expression turned dark as he ran out the room. "The question is," he muttered to himself"by who?"

Emperor Torvir Gladius ||| heard a ping on his desk computer and saw he had a message from the Legion HQ.
-Fort Hood attacked, attacker unknown, major casualties, ready to move out at command.-
Torvir was distraught by this for a few moments but quickly gathered himself. He called for his secretary, and had him send a message to all nations who are listening.
"Leaders of the world this is Emperor Torvir Gladius The Thrird. We have been attacked by a unknown enemy, and we'd like to know whose ass we're about to kick. If your against us say so, if your with us then get your butts over here. Frisghanal is at war. Choose your sides wisely."

We are sad to hear that a civil war broke out in your nation. We would gladly send our peacekeeping forces to jump in and settle out the war. But first, we need to know your nation's ideologies and beliefs. Once we got the information and know who the attacker is, we will send in our troops.

[The Eastern Antarctic State]

President Matthew Dawson sat in his desk in his office in Grendale, the Capital of the eastern Antarctic state. He was going through some bills, considering whether to sign them or not when an Aide walked in and Dropped a report on his desk. He picked it up and read through it. Hmm, he thought to himself, a nation by the name of Frisghania at war with itself, eh?. He flipped through the pages, but there didn't seem to be any information on the rebels and the government. He called in another Aide.
"Get me information on both factions on this conflict, continually find out whether this conflict is important to the eastern Antarctic state."
"Yes sir."

He leaned back in his chair and pondered, this war, whilst not important to his nation at the moment, may develop into something.

The Reich was as busy as normal,the senators were busy googling at their secretaties while policrmen arrested criminals.However that day did not end without new news.BTV,the Reich's abroad newsgroup,reported that a nation called Frishghanial was in civil war.The Reich in its search for glory,then started legislating for intervention.As the voting occurs,it comes positive.It is deemed to intervene.
