U-M apologizes for temporarily decreasing relations. U-M understands how its important to be USP protectorate and hopes to continue to be one.

the top scientists have discovered a new method of using nuclear waste to create more energy this technology will allow for nuclear energy to become a completely clean energy source. meanwhile cities begin to look more an more like the futurized togeria through unity the progress is fast.

The film portrays the Volkstradi rationale for their initially hostile reaction to the partisans. The film is still anti-imperialism, and portrays the Volkstradi invasion as it was, an invasion, but tries to be as morally ambiguous as possible.

Seemingly overnight, Syndikati culture began to deteriorate. The fascinating entertainment created by Togeria has hooked many Syndikatis, and Syndikats rich radio culture is falling into shambles, losing out to Togerian videos games and cartoons. The government, being as democratic as it is, isn't responding to this deterioration. The government is the people, and the people love Togerian culture.

Togeria begins shipping manga to the world, and showing them the interesting world of Togerian entertainment. The manga and anime, Togeria shows a more adult version to the usual kid friendly countries. Showing the realities of war, but not directly showing it. Allowing the viewer or readier to make the connection themselves. While some anime show just plain goofy things.

The population of Ukraine-Moldavia despises this "Manga and Cartoons". Soon enough the government blocks the Tog channels and remove all manga from bookstores and libraries. They tend to stick with American cartoons and comic books.
