Several dams begin to be constructed in New Pravka, to stem some of the water flow so mining can continue.

Meanwhile, to the south, work continues on construction and agriculture. The Great Dam will take a very long time to complete, so importing engineers and construction workers becomes top priority.

SECP would like for a deal form ALL nations called the "Tera Shield Demand" or TSD

1. Nations will not bring WMD to Mars or Mars moons.
2. Nations will not use use WMD's on Mars or its moons
3. Weapons will be limited to active military and police force to help keep control of ones region
4. Imperialism will not be tolerated on Mars or its moons
5. Nations that break these rules will be accused of war crimes

(still making it up if you want to help throw some ideas at me)

The USP would like to purchase the designs for the CP-80 under it's own version, the MiG-37. It is willing to completely normalize relations, and offer great sums of money.

The USP expresses it's concern at this treaty, as it has already fielded dozens of nuclear missiles on Mars.

Sure you can purchase the designs I still have no issue with your country.

This treaty is designed to keep Mars a safe region for the future. We dont want to repeat the damage we caused to Earth right? I thought that was the whole reason for coming here.

OOC: Okay, guys. So this RP began 9 years after the Sharpsats Revolution. The Revolution began in late 2014, so basically, I'm counting 9 years after 2015 - 2024. It's been 3 years, so it's 2027 now. We're making a five year jump, so we'll resume in 2033. By then, these weapons we produced will begin to be introduced as standard-service weapons. Lezzgo!

By 2031, only three colonies had been developed by Neptone. As well as armored soldiers flying around the cities, for recon and patrol. The colonization had gone smoothly, as the cities had landed far away from civilization. More and more cargo was dropped off, and mining drones had been set to explore nearby rogue asteroids and rocks

with the colonies now becoming a mass group of huge officially named cities and borders officially set up and protected the dictator feels like he has had massive success on the planet mars and now hopes to further his success by developing new ways to farm and new ways to do everyday things now woith robots becoming a major part of the peoples daily lives. back on earth things are much different the people of south america now work at massive space ports taking supplies to mars and many becoming scientists as religion begins to diminish out of the country.

SECP has seen a recent jump in its already power economy due to mining at the astroid belt, with such profits SECP claimed much of the astroid belt as its territories. Phobos has became SECP's largest military outpost covering almost he entire moon. With the materials from astroid belt SECP has been able to produce it weapons much faster than first thought.

The USP enters the year 98 BR. Lilya Alkaev stepped down in 96 after a full two terms, being replaced by Leo Mironov (she's still only 27, lol nepotism is silly.)

The Puterene colonies on Mars are focused on the large island, with a population of now five million. The majority are urban, but a larger percentage of the population are farmers than on earth, due to the ample farming space, and good climate. The colony easily produces enough food for itself.

The year is 2031. The Central Volkstradi Authority has become an authoritarian Military Junta controlling the numerous cities dotting Volkstradi occupied Mars, ruled by Commander Aleksandra Hristov. It loosely controls its territory, with patrols of CVA officers in their VAR-98 patrol cars sweeping across Mars, looking for criminal bands or other dissidents to hunt down, maintaining law and order. The Volkstradi Government on Earth cares little for how the CVA manage Mars, so long as they maintain loyalty.

Dozens of species of genetically modified animals roam Mars, now lush with foliage in the Volkstradi occupied regions. Rolling fields and forests throughout the whole area, save one. A region burnt and blackened called the "Ashlands", inhabited by the criminals, rebels, and separatist groups of Martian Volkstrad. Occasionally troops are sent down there to sweep, but it is left untouched due to the sheer hostility of the region. Many dangerous animals and creatures live there, dumped out into the region by Volkstradi scientists for being too dangerous, too aggressive, undesirable.
