The Government greatly appreciates USP's loan. The begin stocking hte ship with a large amount of supplies for living and building a Mars colony. They also begin devolping the first nuclear powered rocket.

Mars has reached Stage II of Terraformation. Space Suits are no longer required.

As this has occurred, a wave of new Volkstradi settlers, from Zelyazko primarily, head to Mars. The Biodome is cleared out and the workers move in to the city built around it.

The Central Volkstradi Authority begins to send its first officers into the field, patrolling the now bustling city of Kosmograd.

The USP encourages citizens across the USP, and from it's allied countries, to move to the colonies on Mars. The colonies are becoming increasingly self-sufficient, so the cargo ship fleet can carry more settlers. The biodomes of New Pravka are retained, due to the extremely cold climate.

Two PXC launches have occurred in Syndikat. The first, launching from the Corsica Space Centre, delivered the third module of the Syndikati section of the LISS, and switched out the crew. The mission was conducted using Space Shuttle Progress.

The second mission was launched from the Corsica Space Centre on Space Shuttle Unity, launching the first of 18 of the Space-based Solar Power Satellites. Additionally, the ground stations for the SBSP are currently under construction across the country.

The ship violently rumbled as it broke through the atmosphere. Bad calculations on the crew's part had landed the ship almost 98 miles away from the nearest colony. And to make matters worse, the planet had entered Stage II, making the loaded space suits just a burden. The metallic shells burst off the ship as the lander carrying all the colonists propelled away from the main spacecraft, being guided via hard metallic wings and RCS. By the time the colonists had landed safely, the cargo spacecraft deployed its parachutes, thrown on thrusters, and landed, leaving a thick cloud of dust nearby. Like per usual, four flares broke off indicating the location of the spacecraft. Neptone had finally landed on Mars.

The Colonists land on Mars. All of them pour out of the ship with respiratory gear and thermal suits. A few UMD-20s were brought along to defend borders of the colony, which is named New Ukrania-M. The colonists begin building their new homes.

And to help with the new Tera frontier SECP has came up with a prototype A06 tank. This tank will be vacuum tight, able to carry up 6 OJT's for support, can hover over difficult terrain, depleted uranium outer shell, and a smaller version of SECPS A-zero cannon.

Volkstrad states that Mars has primarily been a testing ground for Volkstradi experimental tech, as there are no civilians that could be harmed. The Central Volkstradi Authority is first and foremost a police force, to keep the peace in Volkstradi territory.

Even as this statement is put out, another city called Zvezdagrad is set up.

Areas has lunched a full defensive scale on Phobos. No one knows why, after only an hour of this we lost contact with them if any one is near can you report of Areas. That landing code is "Fear" they should respond with the word "Panic" then you'll have the clear to land. We hope that our men are fine and this was just a mistake.

Volkstrad issues a weapon to the CVA in addition to the Bolt Action rifles.
The VR98 SMG, is effectively a sawed-off LMG.

Also issued are a patrol vehicle to move across the dunes of Mars.

Large-scale work begins on Utopija Xaliq, which is being built on the largest Martian island. The city's design is completely planned to maximize efficiency, and a large amount of it's energy will come from hydroelectric power.

Volkstradi Scientists begin to start to pump water into the most logical, low altitude areas to the North.
They also begin to construct machines that will shoot water into the atmosphere to come down as rain at another point, to begin the process of creating a water cycle.
