Resolution For The General Assembly
Resolution Name: Military Drill Regulations Resolution 104
Description: A sharp increase the frequency and size of provocative military exercises has driven the world the the edge of military conflict on numerous occasions. While all nations, commonwealths, alliances, pacts, and unions have the right to rehearse military maneuvers in order to build cooperation, trust, and readiness; there must be some form of regulation to ensure that these maneuvers are not interpreted as a potential offensive action. The Federal Republic of Aznazia) hereby calls for the members of the USA to implement these terms to stop any misunderstandings between foes:
- Before military exercises consisting of more than 15,000 troops can commence, the host nation(s) and all other participants must file a notice with the USA General Assembly and inform all members of the up coming drills and the following information:
-The total number of military personnel involved
-A count of the types of military equipment being used
-The area of the drills
-A timetable of the exercises including their commencement and end dates and times- To ensure that a large scale military drill is not a preemptive militarization, the USA must be allowed to send Investigators and Observers for drills consisting of the following:
-Having more than 50,000 troops and supporting personnel
-Using more than 400 pieces of Heavy Military Equipment (Aircraft, Tanks, APCs, Artillery) within 100 km of the border(s) of potential foe(s)
-Involving the use of Vessels of war, Strategic Bombers or Weapons of Mass Destruction within 500 km of the border(s) of potential foe(s)
-Each participating nation must not deploy more than 25% of their entire military capacity to a military exercise unless approved by the USA General Assembly- To accomplish this:
-USA Investigators and Observers must be allowed to have access to the site of the drills and be allowed to inspect troop formations at least 48 hours before the exercises begin
-The Investigators and Observers will be chosen at random from any nations that voice concern for the drills within the USA General Assembly. If there are no voices of concern then observers will be randomly selected from a pool of nations that excludes the nation(s) involved in the exercises.
-Investigators and Observers must be allowed open, uncensored communication with members of the USA Security Council
This Resolution will help to bring peace of mind to many nations and reduce the chances of an accidental escalation in world tensions.

Resolution For The General Assembly
Resolution Name: Amend Security Council Resolution 46. GA Resolution 105
Description:
RECOGNIZING that Security Council Resolution 46 is obstructing the path to peace in Konetya by making it impossible for present ground forces to efficiently combat invaders in an active war zone.
NOTING that the Resolution was, indeed, passed with the intention of preventing war and foreign interests at work in Konetya.
BELIEVING that the Resolution has failed in almost all of its stated goals, and that the crisis in Konetya has devolved into a full scale war.
REALIZING that SC Resolution 46 prevents foreign forces on the ground from defending themselves effectively from aggressive actions of the Azovskayan Union, and that it is impossible to reinforce, within the limits of international law, the men and women being killed in battle.
ACKNOWLEDGING that Pantorran Forces are suffering from food and personnel shortages, all but ensuring they cannot help defend Konetya against its unwanted invaders.
BELIEVING that without Pantorran military assistance, Konetya lacks the capability to defend itself, and that something must be done to prevent the fall of Konetya and the deaths of thousand of people.
CITING GA Resolution 51, which grants this Assembly the power to both repeal and amend Securiy Council Resolutions.
HEREBY, through the authority granted to this Assembly by GA Resolution 51, amends Security Council Resolution 46 to allow foreign nations with ground forces present before the passage of SC Resolution 46 to reinforce, feed, and supply their personnel.

Description:
NOTES that it is the duty of the WORLD COURT to play an active and informative world on the world stage.
HIGHLIGHTS the GENERAL ASSEMBLY's OBLIGATION to appoint the Chief Justice of the WORLD COURT
1. Appoints Alastair Conoll of the Capsland as the CHIEF JUSTICE of the WORLD COURT
a. Recognizes Alastair Conoll outstanding role in serving in the Capsland court system with honor.
b. Recognizes Alastair Conoll outstanding role in serving with the current Secretary General.
c. His generally outstanding and vital role in mediation and background in international law.

Resolution For The General Assembly
Resolution Name: International Defense Act. GA Resolution 107
Description:
NOTING that at present, no resolutions exist to ensure a nation has the right to defend itself on foreign soil.
CONCERNED that a nations Embassy, Consulate, or military installation could be the subject of an attack, and international law might prevent, in some cases, that nations ability to act in its own defense.
BELIEVING that a nation, when threatened at home or abroad, should have the ability to defend itself against attacks on its foreign installations.
CONVINCED that a nation who cannot defend its foreign assets in active war zones is bound to lose then.
THEREFORE, this Assembly hereby enacts the following:-Nations who's Embassies are under assault from any source and by any means have the right to deploy military assets for the evacuation of their Embassy.
-Nations who's citizens are being specifically targeted abroad have the right to use any means necessary to evacuate those citizens from where they are.
-Nations who's military installations are under assault in foreign countries have the right to defend these facilities by deploying additional forces for the purpose of securing them from danger.
-When a foreign government, who is allied with a nation, is under attack and requests assistance from their allies, that nations allies have the right to come to the foreign states defense.
