Resolution For The General Assembly
Resolution Name: Appointment of the Secretary General for January-June 2017
Description:
NOTING the expected passage of Resolution 69
RECOGNIZING the duty of the GENERAL ASSEMBLY to select a SECRETARY GENERAL
USING the newly selected Security Council Members to capitilize on the new year.
Hereby Nominates Misha Arseni as the first Secretary General of the United Sunalayan Assembly. Mr. Arseni has had a long and distinguished career. The former ambassador to the Western Sunalayan Alliance from 1990-1995, Ambassador to Aznazia from 2000 to 2010, and diplomat representing the USJR during the creation of the USA. Served on the Commission of International Affairs's reformation suggestion panel for the USA in 2010. Since then he has taught the International Relations Doctorate Course at Jamestown University.
Mr. Arseni has dedicated his life to diplomacy, and therefor it is only fitting that our nation nominate him to such an important role for international diplomacy.

Resolution For The General Assembly
Resolution Name: The World Bill of Rights: Resolution 71
Description:
The World Bill of Rights goal was to create a codified list of essential human rights to protect the people of this world, to prevent further abuses of the rights of humans. While this goal is an admirable one, Resolution Twenty Four: The World Bill of Rights has failed to achieve it.
Concerned by the broadness of terms used in this resolution and it's lack of brevity
Fearing this lack of brevity has permitted unwanted actions such as terrorism, violence, disobedience, and the harm of others to be accepted as human rights
Distressed by this resolution's lack of definitions and detail about religion and communication.
Submits a new World Bill of Rights to mitigate these concerns
DEFINES this BILL OF RIGHTS as the code in which all people are to be given and adhere to. The BILL OF RIGHTS shall override any national code on the matter of the treatment of it's citizens, and the citizens of other nations.
1. That All human beings have the right to verbally COMMUNICATE their BELIEFS, OPINIONS, and THOUGHTS without persecution by any other authority except in cases were verbal communication is used to cause physical or significant emotional harm to a person or group of persons or to instill pandemonium.
PANDEMONIUM is defined as mass panic among a group of people that causes disruption, and in some cases physical harm.
2. That all human beings have the right to COMMUNICATE their BELIEFS, OPINIONS, and THOUGHTS through the means of written language without persecution by any other authority except in cases were written communication is used to cause physical or significant emotional harm to a person or group of persons or to instill pandemonium.
DIGITAL MEANS is defined as any electronic device intended to be used by a human being.
3. That All human beings have the right to PUBLISH any written work through the digital means to COMMUNICATE their BELIEFS, OPINIONS, and THOUGHTS through the means of written language without persecution by any other authority except in cases were this digital written communication is used to cause physical or significant emotional harm to a person or group of persons or to instill pandemonium.
4. That All Human beings have the right to verbally COMMUNICATE their BELIEFS, OPINIONS, and THOUGHTS through digital means without persecution by any other authority except in cases were digital verbal communication is used to cause physical or significant emotional harm to a person or group of persons or to instill pandemonium.
5. SLAVERY, except as punishment for crime whereof the party shall have bee duly convicted, shall not exist within the countries of this assembly, or any place subject to their jurisdiction.
SLAVERY is defined as the non-consensual ownership of another living human being as property.
6. That All human beings have the right to PRACTICE ANY RELIGION as they see fit and shall not be persecuted due to their religious affiliation, except in cases were religious groups cause physical or significant emotional harm to a person or group of persons or to instill pandemonium.
DEFINES RELIGION as a system of worship of a supreme deity with a codified system of how to live one's life.
7. That all human beings have the right to due process of the law according to the nation they are in.
