Meet the Family (CLOSED RP)

Brannel School - 9.15a.m.
As the car arrived at the school, students aged between 11 and 18 lined the pathways waving the Edom Flag. The temperature was at 45 degrees or so and the sun was out. Leo had opted to wear some casual attire as he knew it was only going to get hotter. The cars slowed came to a stop, and the security personnel got out the car, and opened the doors. "Here we go!" Leo said with a smile. Roma and Leo both got out, they waved and smiled, and where then greeted by the Principal and Senior Leadership Team of the school, alongside the Chairperson of the Governing Body of the school.

Leo looked to Roma "Don't worry, just chat, interact and be yourself.". Leo and Roma were given a tour of the school by the Principal and two students. They sat and partook in a biology lesson, and then had lunch in the school restaurant. Before they left, they joined a photography lesson, where they were both given camera to keep.

Transit back to Beaumont Palais - 4.30p.m.
On the way back to the Palace, Leo was eager to get Roma's opinions on the schools in Edom, "So, what did you think to the school? I bet there different to the schools in Romakov.".

They stopped quickly on the way back, in a small woods to use their cameras before they went back to the palace.

Beaumont Palace - 6.30p.m.
As Leo and Roma arrived back at the Palais, the girls were still out. Leo had arranged for them to stay in a luxury hotel, so the girls could spend some time together, and Leo and Roma could spend some time together. Leo and Roma meet in the Green Room after they had freshened up. Leo jumped up and suggested they make their own dinner, "Hey, why don't we cook over own dinner tonight? Ever cooked food before?". Before Roma had a chance to answer, Leo had grabbed his arm and was running with him to the kitchens to search the pantries.

"Cook?" Roma did not expect that. He loved food, and he knew he could cook, but he didn't expect that to happen in Edom. He had no time whatsoever to answer, when Leonardo grabbed his arm and ran to the kitchen with him.

Roma was standing there dumbfounded. He was wearing an apron, and after just five seconds of Leonardo not looking at him, Roma had flour all over him, and in his face. Leonardo laughed at Roma, who was standing there with flour in his face and large puppy eyes, which were just a normal feature of his, apparently.

"You know what, I just got a message from my cousin, Elia. Prince Elia zu Schönau. Remember? Elia and his brothers, my cousins arrived in Edom today. Oh, and it's Elia's birthday! (1/3/15) Can I invite them over for dinner? I mean they'll leave in two days for Malta anyway." Roma said, talking like a waterfall. Roma didn't even know what exactly he was doing, he just had some weird mass in his hands, which looked like dough to him.


Angie and Alexia meanwhile visited Roma's and Alexia's cousins in their hotel. They haven't seen each other for a long time, and Alexia was happy to spend her oldest cousin's birthday with him once again.

Leo turned around and say Roma covered in flour, he couldn't help but laugh. He turned around and grabbed his camera, and took a photo of Roma, who was also laughing at the time.

Leo thought for a moment.. "Yeah, why not." he said with a smile. Leo couldn't help but look at Roma and laugh as he took some more pictures of Roma trying to stretch out some pizza dough. "What are you doing?1" Leo said laughing. He stood behind Roma, took his hands and began to show him how stretch the dough. "You need to treat it like a baby. Gently and calm. See?" he stood back, and watched Roma carry on, "That's it" he said smiling. Leo walked over to the freezer, and discreetly picked up two ice cubes. He quietly walked over to Roma as if nothing had happen, and then suddenly shoved them down his back.

As Roma wriggled, squirmed and struggled to try and remove them, Leo laughed and took more photos. Roma eventually got them out, and they carried on making their pizzas. Just as they finished, and the pizzas were cooked, Roma's cousins arrived. They both walked up to palace entrance, where they meet his cousins.

Roma suddenly felt something freezing in his back. "Holy sh-..! Leonardo!" Roma cried out. "Are you serious man? This is freezing!" Roma complained while having to laugh loudly though. He was happy when he finally got them out of his shirt. After they continued making their pizzas, they both went to welcome Roma's and Alexia's cousins.

Palace Entrance

Alexia was the first one to walk in, Angie following her in suit. Stepping in after the Grand Duchess and the Princess (Angie), were Prince Elia zu Schönau, the oldest son of Roma's and Alexia's mother's brother, heir of the House of zu Schönau. Following him were Prince Mateo zu Schönau and his youngest brother Prince Alessandro zu Schönau.

Alexia introduced her cousins to Leonardo. "Leonardo, this is my cousin Prince Elia, his younger brother Prince Mateo and our younest, Prince Alessandro. Their father is our uncle, our mother's sister. Their mother is Princess Beatrice of Arezzo, from Italy." she explained excitedly.

"Elia, Mateo, Alessandro, this is my fiancé Prince Leonardo of Edom, Duke of Beaumont." she explained happily to her cousins, who smiled warmly at Leonardo.

Elia was the first one to personally greet Leonardo. "Ciao, Leonardo. Come va?" he asked smiling friendly.

Then it was Roma's turn. He ran up to his oldest cousin, and hugged him happily, like a little kid. Elia laughed, Roma has always been his favourite cousin, being vivacious and entertaining. He rubbed Roma's hair. He knew Roma when he was a baby, Elia being five then. He loved spending time with Roma.

"Ciao! Bene grazie, stai bene?" Leonardo said back. He shook the hands of all the cousins. "Myself and Roma have cooked some food, would you all care to join us?" They all walked to down the hallways to the small dining room. They sat around the table and ate, chatted for a couple of hours.

"So, What is it like back home?" Leo asked, intriguingly.

"Roma cooked?" Elia asked surprised. "That's a first. Looks like my little baby is growing up!" he said, laughing and rubbing Roma's hair again. Roma and his oldest cousin have always had a kind of brotherly relationship, if not even a father and son like relationship. His cousin and him met every vacation in Italy, Spain, Monaco or Austria, Czarina Juliana's and her brother's Prince Antonio's, father of Roma's cousins, home country. Roma, when younger, took up the habit of calling his cousin "Uncle Elia", which up to this day he very often does. Roma also has a very close relationship to Mateo and Alessandro, especially because Alessandro was closer to his age and Mateo simply loved his cousins.

They all made their way to the table, where Roma excitedly sneaked around the table, a small present in his hands for Elia. "Happy birthday Uncle Eliaaa!" it came excitedly from Roma. Every first of May, Roma saw his cousin to celebrate his birthday with him. He even flew to Austria or Venice and Florence on his own or with some of his siblings, if not even with his entire family, just to spend Elia's birthday with him.

He and his cousin had a special relationship, and they would always find a way to show it.

Elia was really happy to see his cousins again, but he'd love to see his other cousins too.


"So, What is it like back home?" Leo asked, intriguingly.

"Well, we live in Austria, but every weekend we're in Italy where our mother's from. Our maternal grandparents live in Venice, so we're there quite often, but our maternal uncle lives in Siena, together with his wife and our cousins, so sometimes we spend time there and in Florence too." Elia explained.


"And sometimes we also visit our paternal grandfather in Germany. Otherwise we also visit our paternal grandmother's family in Seville in Spain. I believe that Anya was your favourite grandmother too, Lexi?" Alessandro said smiling at his cousin.

"But your palace is beautiful, Leonardo. Edom is a gorgeous country, almost like Italy! But sadly we'll only stay three days, if that's alright with you, that is, Leonardo. Then we're off to Malta and then Greece. We've planned a beautiful Mediterranean tour, to explore the beautiful environment we grew up in." Mateo explained.

Leonardo was pleased that the young royals enjoyed Edom. The Government worked hard to keep it a special place, preserving history and embracing cultural heritage. "I am pleased you think so. We always work extremely hard to celebrate our history, culture and heritage." he said, taking a mouthful of his pizza.

Leo listened intently to the young royals explain about their homeland and family history. "Wow! It all sounds so beautiful! You are very lucky to be able to travel so much. Unfortunately, I only have certain times of the year I can travel. Although, once myself and Alix are married, that will change." he said excitedly. Leo nodded his head, "Of course, it is fine. You are always welcome here." Leo said, putting a hand on Mateo's shoulder with a smile.

Leo turned to a footman, and made a small hand movement. A few seconds after, the footman came in, with some trays, and laid them down on the table. "So, who wants to make cookie ice-cream sandwiches?" Leo said with a huge smile, as he stood up.

The royals chatted for quite some time, until they departed to their chambers. Leo walked down the corridor, to Alix rooms, he knocked twice and opened the door quietly. Everyone else was a sleep. "Alix.. Alix.." he whispered. He crept over to her bed, and sat on the end as Alix woke up. He gave her a kiss and smiled. "I couldn't sleep. I couldn't help but think about the wedding. I have had a crazy idea." he said.

[Romakov]

Alexia took a while to wake up. She was shocked to see her fiancé sitting in her bed. "Leonardo! Why are you here? What if somebody saw you? They'll have wrong thoughts! Plus I really just don't look good right now." Alexia said, somewhat stressed. Then she recalled what Leonardo had said. "An idea? For the wedding? Crazy?" she looked at her fiancé. "Speak, boy." she said smiling at Leonardo.

Leo laughed. "I don't care what other people think. I love you, why should I care what they think." he said with a smile. "Yes.. why don't we get married next week?" he said with eager eyes.

Alexia thought a little about what her fiancé had just said. "Next week? Lee, we would have to have all my siblings involved to plan the wedding then for us, because we'll need a lot of help. It's a lot of work to get done in a few days, and also we cannot do much work ourselves, because remember, we have to attend my brother, Alexei's wedding to Maria Theresia on saturday, remember?" she stated. Nevertheless, she liked the idea of being married to her fiancé. "Whereas, the sooner we get married, the sooner we'll have children, right?" she said cheekily. It was the first time she was cheeky around Leonardo, and the sub message was really unexpected. Alexia loved being cheeky sometimes, she had gotten it from Roma. She was sure she spent too much time around her youngest brother.

"Also, my brother Vitaly is coming back from Mexico in two days, to attend our brother's wedding. So we'll have to meet him too, actually you have to, that is." she reminded him. "But Lee, I would love to get married to you next week. What about Friday?" she said looking at him lovingly.

"And I love you too, Lion." she said winking, giving him a new nickname.

Leonardo laughed. "Anything is possible my sweet, sweet, déesse." Leo listened intently to Alix. He knew there would a lot to do, and he knew that he would have to rely on a large number of people to get things done. "I already have most of it in hand, déesse." he said, kissing her on the forehand, and leaving for his suite.

The next morning, Leo was up at 6.30a.m. He had been thinking all night about different wedding styles, and came up with several ideas. He had begun to contact several wedding planners, fashion designers, interior designers and even some caterers. He had information laid out all over his desk, and kepy pacing around his office, talking aloud about ideas. He particuarly liked the idea of an outside Italian style wedding, and thought that Alix would too. He thought it would be a good idea for both of them to get married in a foreign country, so that both nations citizens didn't feel favoured over the other.

Leo decided that he would spend the day trying to think of more ideas for the wedding. Alix visited him after breakfast to see what he was up to in his office. Leo smiled as she walked in, ran up to her, picked her up and gave her a happy kiss, before gently putting her down again, and kissing her hand.

[Romakov]

Alexia was surprised at her fiancé's happy gesture. "Now where does all this energy and happiness come from?" Alexia asked happily. Alexia had been thinking a lot about her fianc'es decision, and she came up with a few ideas herself. "Leonardo, what do you think about two wedding ceremonies? We can do one public or semi-public wedding, and then one with only our families in a Cathedral in a place of our choice." she said excitedly. Alexia has always wanted to marry in a Cathedral, or if not, in Italy. "I mean, otherwise we could go to Italy or Spain and marry in a beautful village? Or Malta? Maybe even Greece! What do you think, Lion?" she asked her fiancé excitedly.

Leonardo's Private Study

Leonardo sat down on a chair. He thought for a minute, "Why don't we get married in Italy and have a cathedral wedding? I think we should stick to one ceremony, déesse. If we were to have two, we would then need to have three - a private one, a semi-private one, in either Edom or Romakov, and then another one in Edom or Romakov, so no one feels left out. If we have one, in neutral country and make it semi-private, we can please everyone." he said with a smile.

Leonardo got up and kissed Alix "I am just so happy we are together." he said. "Now, I am meant to be spending the day with Roma. We are due to open a new youth centre at lunchtime."[I] he said with smile. [I]"Why don't you come along too. This could be our first official opening ceremony together?" he said. [I]"Why don't you go and look in your suit, I put a special outfit in there for you.

[Romakov]

"Well I thought of two ceremonies outside of Romakov and Edom. Like in Spain. I've seen this beautiful Cathedral, in Andalusia. My great-great-great-grandmother Princess Mariana of Trastámara married in it. It would be 100% neutral, we're politically not affiliated with Spain so what do you think? Otherwise I thought of maybe Assissi in Italy or in this church in Santorini in Greece!" she explained excitedly.

Hey, I found this picture of a couple's wedding in that church in Spain, which really looks beautiful, plus it's from behind so you can't see the couple's faces. So I thought we can use that fort the wedding thread. Also, let's already create the thread, and a sign-up thread. Who will do which? Haha sorry if I'm too stressing here.

Entrance of the Beaumont Palace

Alexia was wearing the new dress Leonardo gave her, which soon became known as the "Grimaldi Azur dress" in Romakov, thanks to the press. Their engagement and that of her brother Vitaly to the Spanish commoner Luisa Belmonte. She majestically walked down the stairs, Roma waiting for her downstairs. María Ángeles has left the palace, to meet up with a local noble family, which she knew from Rocasolano.

Alexia slowly walked down the stairs, her cousin Elia meanwhile having entered the hall. Both, Roma and Elia had their jaws drop. It was then that Leonardo walked in too.

Leonardo's Study

"Why don't we just have one private wedding. We can inform the press of when the wedding is, the country it will be held in, and hire a couple of photographers to take photos of the wedding, which we can then release to the public afterwards?" Leo said with a smile. "I like that church in Spain, should we have the wedding there?" Leo kissed Alix's forehead.

Palace Foyer

Leo stood at the top of the stairs. He looked at Alix and smiled, and then started to walk down the stairs, buttoning up his suit. Leo had decided to wear a summer suit, the weather in Edom had begun to get into it's summer heat, and so he didn't want to wear anything that would make him too hot.

He kissed Alix, then shook Roma's hand and gave him a brotherly hug. "Are we all ready?" he said with a smile. He took Alix's hand, and they began to walk to the doors. The footman opened the doors, and the trio walked out. The guards moved to a salute, and Leo led the way down the palace stairs to the car. They all got inside and then they began their journey to the youth centre.

Whilst they were inside the car, they all chatted. "So Roma, how are you finding the country? Are you having fun? You only have two days left here." Leo said.

[Romakov]

"Well agree with you then, Lion. But one wedding under one condition, we'll marry on Monday, ok? Because I have a surprise, my maternal grandfather already talked to the priest and he agreed to book the Church for us and the catering already has been contacted, they gave us two different menues to choose from for our wedding. My cousin, Princess Luisa of Arezzo works as a confectioner as a hobby, she actually doesnt have to work at all but she wanted to, anyway, she is preparing a cake. Only things missing are the confirmations of guests, nearly all guests from my side have replied, a few replies still didn't reply and from your side I'm not sure, maybe you need to ask your siblings? Oh, and I'm missing my dress, it is designed in Malta so it should be in Spain withing a three hour journey." Alexia explained in a rush. She had everything sorted out, Leonardo couldn't even find out because her work process was strict and detailed and she was very good at multi tasking. Her family held her back and helped her with everything, and as it is tradition, her father is ready to pay for the entire wedding ceremony nd everything coming with it.

In the car

"Well, I enjoy the climate, it's almost like in Southern Romakov, in Petrova, just that it has a little thing to it that makes it different. I love Edom, if there was a chance I'd definitely take Alix' place just to live here, I'll totally marry you." Roma joked laughing loudly. Alix shook her head laughing at her brother.

Leo thought for a minute. "I believe Matthias that all the RVSPs from my side." he said. "That's a lot of conditions! I accept them, of course." he said. Although, he did think that Alix was quite demanding, considering it was their wedding, and he thought he would have some say in everything Alix has organised, but he brushed it off.

In the Car

Leo laughed at Roma's comments, he loved his sense of humour. "You do make me laugh Roma, I'd marry you too!" he said with a cheeky smile. He looked out the window, and pointed. "Look, we are here. That's an amazing building!" he said. The car slowly pulled up, and security checked the area, before the door opened. As was tradition, Leo got out first, followed by Roma, and then Alix. Leo held Alix's hand, as they were greeted by the Manager of the centre, Alex Ezma. They walked down the pathway to the red ribbon, where Leo, Alix and Roma posed for some pictures and spoke to some of the young people.

Leo walked over to the lectern, as he was introduced to the 700 strong crowd of parents, businessmen, young people, press, local politicians and youth workers. "It's a pleasure to be here today, in order to open this inspiring young peoples centre. Inspiring the next generation of inventors, businessmen, politicians, humanitarians, scientists and researchers is something, that I know myself and Alexa, feel strongly about. The aim of this centre, is to inspire you, to give you the tools and support you need to succeed, whatever your dreams are, you will be able to achieve them, and we hope to be able to help you today, by opening this centre. However, I am not only here to open this centre, I'm here to announce the Grimaldi Foundational Trust. This trust will support 13 to 26 year olds who are unemployed and those struggling at school and are at a risk of exclusion, and t starts right here, right now. I hope some of you here today are beginning to benefit in a small way and I am also incredibly proud of the difference the Trust can make to so many lives. So, I am proud to announce that this centre is now, open." With that, Leo took the scissors, and put them in Alexa's hand, holding his hand over hers, as they both cut the ribbon.

From there, they all posed for some photos, and went inside, for a tour, some drinks and to talk to the youth workers and young people.

[Romakov]

Alexia enjoyed being with her future husband, whom she would marry in just two days. She loved posing for photos with him as his fiancée and with him has her fiancé. She could not wait for posing for photos as his wife.

Roma, who was very involved with the young people, alway shot his sister and his future brother in law a look. He noticed they wouldn't take their eyes off each other for too long, always shooting each other a look. Roma knew that they were a really good couple, and he couldn't wait for their wedding, nor for him to be uncle again after his two oldest brother's children.

Beaumont Palace

Alexia walked through the palace, meeting a servant on the way, who bowed infront of her. "Hello!" Alexia greeted happily, smiling. She then moved on, until she found Leonardo sitting on a couch. She slowly sneaked towards the couch, Leonardo not noticing it as the couch faced the other way. When she was right behind him, she kissed his neck and laughed lightly. "Hey there. I've been looking exactly for you." she said. She then made her way around the couch to sit down next to him. "Listen, about the wedding, I told my cousin not to make the cake, we should go choose it together, preferably in Spain? Also, I wanted to discuss the entire wedding with you. For the food, we should choose together, either catering or local Spanish food. I mean, Spanish food should be fine with people, right?" she said."Also, I'd really love to choose a bride's dress with you..? I found this really pretty one, look, it has diamonds sewn into it in some parts and I really, really like it. Plus I was planning to have a really, really long veil too. What do you think?" she asked. They then also discussed the invitations, Alexia having sent out invitations to the people she would definitely invite, leaving other families to choose with Leonardo and the people Leonardo definitely wanted to have attending.

Leonardo's chambers that evening

Alexia sneaked into Leonardo's chambers, dressed in a white negligee which went to her knees. The negligee had little diamonds sewn into it, and she looked elegant as ever. She laughed when she saw Leonardo's face, who looked at her really surprised. She then sat down on his bed next to him, giving him a kiss. "Lion, there's a thing we forgot to discuss." she said jokingly. "Children. I really want to have children, a lot." she said.

Leo listened in intently. He knew that he had been a little selfish in his thoughts about Alix's decision to arrange everything, but he had been thinking about that. He imagined that he was Alix, a young, beautiful woman, who was about to get married. Marriage only happens once, and he knew that his sister used to pretend to be a bride when she was younger. They used to talk about her dream wedding, and when her time finally came, she hadn't been planning it for days, weeks or even months, she had been planning it her whole life - Leo felt arrogant and selfish for the comments he made.

"Alix, this is your wedding too, and I know it is something you will have been planning for years. I trust that you will make the best choice and decision - far better than any decision I would make. I trust your ability to decide on the wedding." he said. He gave her complete control.

Leo laid on the bed, he was shocked that Alix had come to his chambers, dressed in her night wear. "I know you do my love." he whispered. "Although I am not quit sure on why we are having this conversation. We will have children." he said, with a cheeky smile. "Now, you'd best go before people get the wrong idea!" he said, throwing a pillow at her and laughing.

[Romakov]

Alexia laughed when the pillow hit her. She then lightly pushed Leonardo, who fell on his back on the bed, bent over to kiss him and then stood up. "No worries, no one saw me. But before I leave, what if we use some kf your nephews and nieces or your aunts' and uncles' children as flower girls and then some from my side of the family?" she asked before going to bed. Alix, though Romakovan, was very Prussian. Once she started something, she finished it, and in great detail. Hey, Lion. I love you. Sleep tight future husband!" she said as she winked. She then walked towards the door, already out, before she half entered again. "Lion, I have one more request. Will you help me choose a tiara from my collection for our wedding? I already sorted some out, I'd love to use one from my mother's mother, Princess Anastasia Letizia de Trastámara y zu Schönau. Anyway, good night, Lion." she then said in a smokey voice. She gave her fiancé one last look before she left his chambers.

Leonardo's Chambers
Leonardo pushed himself up by elbows whilst he watched Alix walk out of his chambers, with a smile on his face. "Of course, I'm sure they would be delighted to be a part of it!" he said. Leo flumped down on the bed, when Alix half-entered his chambers again, and he quickly pulled himself up. "Why don't you ask Amelia, my sister? I'm sure she would love to help you pick one out, and I'd prefer it to be a surprise for me on the wedding day!" he said with a cheeky grin. "Oh, Alix! Don't forget you leave tomorrow because we are getting married the next day!. You can stay at Strasbourh Abbaye, go to a hotel, or even go back to Romakov for the night if you wished." he said. "Sleep well my buttercup." he said, blowing her a kiss, before slumping back down on his bed.


The Beneito Room
Leonardo was sat at the breakfast table, reading the morning newspaper and drinking a cup of coffee, whilst being brief by his Private Secretary for the days events. He was slowly joined by Roma and Alix, as they walked in, Alberto (Leo's Private Secretary), stopped talking. Leo lifted his head, and smiled. He got up, kissed Alix and gave Roma a brotherly hug, before sitting back down to pour some coffee for them both. He looked at Alberto, "Carry on, it's fine, they are my family." he said, smiling.

Once Alberto had finished and left, Leo began to eat and talk with Alix and Roma. "How did you both sleep?", It was quite cool last night, a refreshing break from the sticky heat."[/I] he said, before asking "Do you have any plans for today?".

[Romakov]

"Well I was planning on looking for some ladies to spend time with today!" Roma said excitedly. Alix gave him a look. "I thought you and María Ángeles were a couple, Roma." she then said. It was then that Roma blushed again, he didn't bluch in quite a long time now. "H-how did you find out?" Roma slightly stuttered. "Roma, I can tell when your lips look a little redder than normal, and also Angie usually sleeps by 10:30 but these past days I heard her waarching TV until almost 12:00 pm, so I knew you must be watching all your favourite movies with her, little brother." she explained, in a lot of accurate details. "Roma, I know how you and your mind work. It's a big sister thing." she said while winkig at her brother. She then looked at Leonardo, who looked like he was about to laugh seeing Roma's surprised face and him blushing. Alix started laughing and Leonardo and Roma soon joined in.

"Lion, I was going to go downtown to look for some jewelry for my collection. And maybe ask for the best jewelry around to make me a new tiara by custom design? Which jewelry do you recommend?" Alix asked her fiancé.

"Oh, so Lion it is now, huh? Are as wild as a Lion then too, Leo?" Roma asked cheekily. Leonardo laughed at him and Alix just shook her head smiling.

"Oh come on! Do you people ever blush? Why am alwqys the only one?" he asked frustrated making the others laugh even more.

"Also, I was planning on maybe visiting the country side today. I love mediterranean countries and their beautiful beaches, fields, everything really." Alix explained.

The Beneito Room

Leo thought for a moment. He knew that there were some great jewellery shops within Venta Silurum, but he wasn't sure which was the best. "I would have to say that there are two I really like. Bensons' is a very good shop, and so is Harrison and Wise. I would recommend visiting both of them.". He looked at Alberto, who has discretely walked in and has stood by Leo for the past couple of minutes. Alberto bend down slightly and whispered into Leonardo's ear.

Leo looked at Roma and smiled. "I wouldn't say I am wild, but I definitely have some wild features!" he said laughing. "In all seriousness, I wouldn't recommend going to find some ladies to spend time with, that wouldn't make your.. girlfriend, very happy." he said. "You could always go shopping, or come with me to pick out some wedding clothes - actually you need to get some too.".

Leo took a sip of his coffee and his sister, Amelia walked in. "Ammé!" he said with a smile, as she walked over to the table. He got up, gave her a hug and introduced Alix and Roma. Alix, I thought it would be nice for you and Amelia to get to know each other a bit better, so I have arranged for you to both go shopping for tiaras and other accessories for the wedding."[/I] he said with a smile. "Now, if you'll excuse me, I have to go and do some horrible work. Someone has just been sentenced to death, and I need to review the death warrant before signing it. Roma, I will come and get you in about 15 minutes." Leo kissed Alix, and then walked out.


In the car

Leo and Roma were in the car, they were headed to Venta Silurum in order to go and try on their suits for a final fitting. "So, Roma. How are you doing? I am sorry that I haven't been able to spend too much time with you, my role in country has been quite demanding lately, as you saw earlier."

"Well that much for cheeky or dirty jokes. They do not work on you people." Roma said. He laughed whole-heartedly and his sister again shook her head, this time laughing. When Amelia walked in and Leonarod introduced her to his fiancée, Alix went over to her. "Hello, it a pelasure to meet you, Amelia." she said, giving her a kiss on the right cheek and on the left cheek, as is custom in Romakov. Roma greeted her the same way. Alix looked at her youngest brother. He seemed like a grown man, an adult. But then she always remembered, he was just a boy. Her 17-year-old baby brother as she liked to call him. He and her youngest sister, Irina, meant the world to her, so did her other siblings but these two she thought need to enjoy life before completing all their duties as royals.

Roma then looked at Alix and saw her looking at him. He looked her rught in the eye and gave her a warm smile. "So you'll get more tiaras and jewelry I guess, right?" he asked her. "Yup. In fact, Amelia and I might come back with a bunch of things." Alexia laughed. "Roma, you watch out with those ladies, eh? We don't want the same accident, a really cute accident actually, that happened to Vitaly to happen again." she reminded her younger brother. This time it was Alix who was joking.

"Yeah, yeah. Whatever you say, Alix" Roma said. His older brother, the second youngest son of the Czar and the Czarina, Grand Duke Vitaly of Romakov (19), has an illegitimate son, Fyodor Vitalyevich Makarov. He was the result of a beer too much and a pretty Romakovan girl, Anna Aleksandrovna Makarova.

"But yeah, he is a cute accident. And we all love him." Alix said.


In the Car

"Oh well. It's alright. I mean, back home Nikolai won't spend as much time with me either, especially now that he is married, has a daughter and obviously also because he is the heir to the throne. But you know what, he spends all the freetime he has with me. He's the best oldest brother you can ask for." Roma said. "Or Alexei. Now that he is married to Princess Maria Theresia of Lichtenau, he moved to Lichtenau. I mean, he is the heir to the throne of Lichtenau now. Maria Theresia is the Crown Princess. Plus he is expecting their first child, which makes me really happy." Roma told Leonardo.

"So I'll be uncle a second time then. Only thing missing is your child, Leo. You will make me an uncle a third time, right? Or three more times. Literally, you could open a kindergarten with Alix. No one could ever beat her with children. Children love her and she loves them." Roma smiled. He looked at Leo, right in the eye. "You better make me the uncle of a boy first, I need more guys to chill with." Roma said. Leonardo broke out in laughter, and Roma did too.

In the car

Leonardo was saddened by what Roma had told him. All he needed was someone to chill with, hang out - to not be lonely. He knew that he could have that if he spent half his time in Edom, but that wasn't practical "I'm sorry to hear that - I mean, it must suck not having someone to just hang out with. What happened to your beautiful girlfriend?" he said.

Leonardo listened with intent to Roma talk about children. He realized that children were a big deal in Romakov, and especially within the Royal Family. "I will try my best Roma - but I can't promise he will be a boy!" Leo said laughing as the car slowly came to stop. Leo looked outside and Alberto stepped out of the car in front, walked over to the car and opened the door. Leo and Roma stepped out, and walked into the tailors.

Leonardo and Roma put on their suits and stood next to each other facing mirrors while the tailors made final adjustments to their suits.
