Somewhere in the Airspace of Edom

Leonardo, Alix, Roma and María Ángeles were all sat in the Royal Jet. They had all been flying for nearly 16 hours, and they were all asleep in separate suits. It was roughly 7.15a.m. and the small contingent of maids made there way through the jet to awaken the various royals. Leonardo was the first to be woken - he stretched out his arms, gave a yawn and got out of bed. He grabbed his dressing gown, and rubbing his eye put it on, before making his way out into the seating area for some breakfast - he was joined by Alix, Roma and María Ángeles in drips and drags as they were each awoken. ]

Leo sat on his iPad, sending a quick message to Lucca "We've been travelling roughly 16 hours. Almost home, having breakfast before the plan lands in about 15 minutes."[/b] Leo smiled to Alexia, and got up to give her a gentle kiss. [i]"Good morning. I hope you slept well." he said with a cheeky grin, knowing that you could never sleep well while 30,000 feet above earth.

Le Palais De Beaumont

Meanwhile, Leonardo's Household staff where busy taking the dusters off the furniture in his palace. They had conducted a full palace clean in the six days he had been gone, and everything was to the highest standard - Leonardo would accept nothing less, especially considering his new bride to be was coming. Leonardo's car had just been polished, and it was now on it's way to pick the Royals up along with his Royal Motorcade.

As Alexia, Roma, Leonardo and María Ángeles exited the airport, a black, polished limousine was waiting for them. Roma, cheeky as always and like a child, ran to the limousine, claiming the fornt seat, a habit he had picked up a as a child, as he has 6 siblings.

As they sat in the limousine, they drove to a, in comparison the Imperial palace or the Winterburg Palace in Romakov’s capital Winterburg, smaller palace. Though it wasn’t as large as their palaces, it was beautiful and pleasant-looking. Roma and Alexia felt good being here, they loved the mediterranean climate of Edom, which María Ángeles was already used to, as Rocasolano, her home country was located at the mediterranean coast, surrounded by France.

Le Palais de Beaumont

”Thanks for letting him bring Angie too. He never was this excited on a trip before. I mean obviously he was very excited, he always is, he’s the most excited in the entire family actually, but he was never this excited.” Alix told Leonardo. ”And I can’t wait to meet my future husband’s family.” Alexia said, giving Leonardo a kiss on the cheek before smiling at him with a little wink, walking over to Roma, who was deep in laughter with María Ángeles.

Le Palais de Beaumont

As Leonardo and everyone stepped out of the car, the was a small contingent of household staff awaiting outside. As Leonardo stepped out, they all bowed, before beginning to unload the various cars of luggage. Alberto, Leonardo's Principle Private Secretary whispered in his car quietly. "It would appear I have some business I need to attend to - there's no rest for the wicked!" he said laughing. "I tell you what, why don't you all go and explore the palace? I'll have some people come and find you when I have finished?" he said, kissing Alix on the cheek, before being lefd away by Alberto.

Drawing Room

Leonardo finished dealing with the situation he had earlier been informed of. He went to the Drawing Room, and asked some of his household staff to find Alix, Roma and Maria. As he waited, he decided he would read his book - Ulysses by James Joyce. Just before everyone entered, a maid came in, bowed and put some morning tea down.

As the other's entered, a butler poured everyone some tea, and Leonardo put his book down. "Hello, please, come and sit down." he said with a cheeky grin. "I am sorry I had to be called away earlier, unfortunately I had some state business to attend to." he paused to try the tea. It was a custom in Edom that the 'highest' ranking individual tried the tea to decide if it is acceptable to be served. He nodded and gave the testing cup back to the butler, who then poured tea for everyone. "How did your exploration go around the palace?" he said.

As they entered the room, Leonardo asked them about exploring the palace. Roma was the first to answer, excited as always. "It was really great! We went to the library and the Dining Hall and I accidentally ran into an office." Roma exclaimed happily. María Ángeles nodded agreeingly. "I also explored the library, and then I stayed out in the garden for a little while. Your servants are excellent, just like at home in Romakov. And the Romakovan Court has hogj standards. Nevertheless, I love the palace, Leonardo. I feel like I'm at home here." Alexia said smiling.

"Your palace is truly decent. The Gardens are beautiful." María Ángeles said smiling. She gave Roma a quick look, both blushed as their eyes met. Alexia eyed them, wondering what happened between the two in the garden.

The Drawing Room

Leo laughed. "I wouldn't worry about going into an office. If there is confidential information in a office it is usually guarded." he said with a smile. It makes me very happy that you like the palace. Unlike Romakov, the Royal Family don't tend to all live in one palace together. Junior Royals tend to have 'State Apartments' which are areas of a palace, for example the East Wing of Gleneagles Palais houses the Duke and Duchess of Apulia and the West Wing the houses the Marquess and Marchioness of Apulia."[/i] he said taking a sip of his tea. "If you're a senior Royal, like myself, you are entrusted with your own palace."

Leo was pleased that the young royals thought the household staff were of a high standard. "Well, Household staff have to undertake a three-week course before they are interviewed for their jobs. Their performance is reviewed every two months for the first year, and then every four thereafter. Once they are employed, they are required to attend a week long professional development course to upgrade their skills once a year." he said.

A butler came over, bowed to Leo and then moved a silver plate over to him, with a white envelope on. Leo took it and the butler bowed, before leaving the room. Leo opened the envelope, on it were the words "Luncheon is served, Your Royal Highness". Leo looked at the royals. "Well, time for something to eat, wouldn't you agree?" he said.

Small Dining Room

Leo took everyone to the small dining room where lunch was being served. His cooks had prepared a traditional, rustic and light Salmon Salad. Edom's food was rustic, light, falvourful and fun. They like to mix flavours, use oils, cheeses, pastas - much like other Mediterranean countries.

Over lunch everyone conversed and Leo told everyone what the plan was for the rest of the day. "So, I thought I should probably let you know the plan for the rest of the day. After lunch, we will all be given an opportunity to catch up with our families and let everyone know we have arrived safely. Thereafter, we will be heading to Le Palais Royal, to meet my brother His Majesty the King. I am very excited for you all to meet him - he is the most powerful Monarch in this area of the world" (Leo had to remember that Romakov was over 5,000 miles away.) "Are you all excited, nervous? Or do you have any questions that you'd like answered before we go?" he said with a comforting smile.

"You know, from our mother's side of the family, Roma and I are a quarter Spanish. Our mother is half Spanish and half Austrian. Our father is half Hungarian, half Romakovan. We also own a palace in Spain, the Palacio de Pilar and one in Austria, the Großschönau Palace. We could actually just as well visit our families here. Maybe we should extend our visit and see them." Alexia laughed. She loved the thought of possibly living this close to her other family, however, she couldn't possibly imagine a life without her family in Romakov either. She couldn't imagine a life without her siblings, especially Nikolai and Roma. But she loved Leonardo. All the happiness her family gives her, he would give her. She wanted a family of her own too, Leonardo as her husband and two children, or maybe more. Alexia was more than happy to be in Edom, to be engaged to her love and to meet his family.

Roma seemed to be happy with anything. He was with his sister, his new friend and sister's fiancé and with the girl he liked.

This time it was María Ángeles to talk. "Actually I have a question. My cousin lives in San Pellegrino Romana, maybe you know her? Countess Alicia Sofía of Rocasolano. She married an important noble man in San Pellegrino Romana." she explained. Roma, who was starring at her, smiling. He blushed when she looked at him.

Alexia just giggled to herself. She looked at Leonardo, who himself was smiling. "Before we go, I'll have to put on my court dress and jewelry. It'll take me a little time to get ready. Maybe you two want to get ready and do something together. Leonardo and I will tell you before leaving." she smiled at her brother and at her fiancé.

Harvard Dining Room

Leonardo smiled at Maria. "Alas, I have not had the pleasure of meeting the Countess." he said. "Although, I am quite surprised by this, as my brother in law, Charles, is from Rome (San Pellegrino Romana). Charles is the Duke of Modena in Rome, and the husband of His Majesty King Lucca (my brother)." Leo said with a smile.

Leo nodded in agreement with Alix. "Yes, why don't the both of you go maze? I'm sure you have a great time getting lost and finding each other.." Leo said with a cheeky grin.

The Private Chambers of Prince Leonardo

Leonardo was in his Chambers and it was almost time for him to get ready. He was sat at his chamber desk, reading a letter from a unhappy citizen about the waterworks system which had burst. Whilst he was unable to officially do anything, many people turn to the Monarchy for their advice, guidance and support - Leonardo was extremely dedicated to serving the people of the country.

Alberto opened the doors and Leonardo looked up. He walked up with Leonardo's suit that he had picked out earlier. He decided that having a light suit would be best, considering the winter weather disappearing and the summer weather was beginning to appear. Leo got dressed and then finished writing his reply to the citizen, before walking down to the entrance hall to await the others.

As Leonardo stood there waiting for the others, Alexia came down the stairs in her Court dress, wearing her diamond ring, her diamond necklace, her diamond earrings and her Imperial diamond tiara, known as the Diamandis Tiara.

Alexia slowly walked down the stairs in her official Court Dress, smiling shyly at her fiancé.

Roma and María Ángeles were just walking into the hall, as Alexia walked down the stairs.

Roma was wearing his Imperial Standard Uniform and María Ángeles her Royal evening gown along with her Royal Princess Tiara.

"You look beautiful, Alix." Roma said. Angie nodded agreeingly, amazed by Alexia's outfit and beauty.

Diamonds where a symbol of status in Romakov for centuries. They were valued more than gold and silver, platinum and diamonds always depicting the highest of all statuses. Alexia walked all the way down, walking slowly towards Leonardo, smiling brightly.

Leo's mouth dropped as he saw Alix walking down the stairs. "You look absolutely stunning. You look like an angel." he said, gently kissing her on the cheek. He looked to the others, then back at Alix, before looking down on his suit "I feel under dressed!" he said laughing.

Alberto came over, and Leo whispered in his ear, "If you'll excuse me for just five minutes." Leo said, before running up the stairs. Five minutes later he began to walk down in his military uniform. "There, I feel as if I belong now!" he said, laughing. Whilst he was changing Alberto had informed the Palace that everyone was in State Dress, and so, everyone in the palace dressed dressed accordingly. Leo directed everyone to the carriage, as they all got in, he thought he had better explain - "This may seem a little odd to you all, going to the Palace in a carriage. However, as my brother's children are too young to be heirs (in Edom you have to reach the age of 16 before you may become the Heir), I am the 'official' heir, and so, this is a custom.

Le Palais Royal

As they went down the mall, the sides of the roads were crowded with people. Leo began to wave, and the Guards who lined the roads saluted as they went past. Suddenly the carriage stopped, and a solider on a horse rode up to the carriage, before coming off his horse, and the door opening. "Your Royal Highness, Parade awaits your command to Approach". Leo looked at the solider and simply replied "Approach". With that, the guards marched out of the Guards House, and surrounded the carriage from front and back, before the carriage began to move again. Leo waved to the crowds. "They are here to you see, Alix. The news was announced a day ago, and they were told you'd be meeting the King.".

As the carriage approached the gates, the guards saluted. Leo saluted back. They all stepped out, and began to walk into the Entrance Hall, where Lucca and Charles where waiting. Leonardo bowed, "Your Majesty".

Alexia made a curtsey "Your Majesty." she said. If her brother Nikolai was here or her father, the King would have to bow infront of Nikolai or Czar Dimitry, as Czar (A Russian Emperor) is above a King, so the Emperor's son. However, Alexia was a Grand Duchess and not immideate Successor to the throne, so she had to curtsy when meeting the King. María Ángeles followed Alexia's gesture, while Roma bowed infront of the Majesties. Technically, María Ángeles would have to bow even infront of Roma and Alexia, as she is a Princess, from a Principality, however, she was a childhood friend of the Ivanov family.

"It truly is a pleasure to meet you, your majesty." Alexia said.

Lucca stood, and smiled at Leonardo as Alix curtseyed. "It is indeed a pleasure to meet you all. I trust your journey to Edom was satisfactory." Lucca said. He mentioned for the young royals to accompany him. They walked through the palace to the outside gardens, where in the sun, there was; seating, tea, coffee and some light 'snacks'.

Lucca sat down, following by everyone else, and then carried out the traditional tea taste. "So, please tell me more about yourselves! I am eager to get to know you all!" Lucca said with excitement.

Lucca sat down, following by everyone else, and then carried out the traditional tea taste. "So, please tell me more about yourselves! I am eager to get to know you all!" Lucca said with excitement.

As they sat down, Alexia was the first one to talk. "Thank you to have us here, your Majesty. Well, how shall I start? This is María Ángeles, Princess of Rocasolano. I'm sure you know her father, he's the Prince of the Principality of Rocasolano, not too far from St. Tropez at the Côte d'Azur. And Roma here is my youngest brother. I have 6 siblings, Martyna, Nikolai, Alexei, Natalia, Roma and Irina. Martyna is the oldest and Irina the youngest. Roma is the second youngest, our little baby as I call him." Alexia had to laugh looking at her brother, who was giving her an embarrassed and annoyed look. She tun continued. "All of us were born in the Winterburg Palace in Winterburg, Romakov's capital. Our father is Czar Dimitry II. of Romakov, and our mother Czarina Juliana, Princess zu Schönau. Our maternal grandmother was Princess Anastasia Letizia of Trastámara, she was from Seville, Spain and belonged to the Spanish nobility. I'm sure you would know her, your Majesty. Our maternal grandfather is Prince Ludwig Franz Maximilian zu Schönau, belonging to the Austrian nobility. Bascially, we "Ivanov-zu Schönau" children are 1/4 Spanish, 1/4 Austrian and 1/4 Romakovan-Hungarian and 1/4 Romakovan. Our father's mother was Romakovan of Hungarian ancestry, that's how the 1/4 Romakovan-Hungarian came to be." Alexia smiled while explaining things.

"Out of all of us, Nikolai is the successor to the throne. He is the oldest male and he is married to Princess María-Vittoria of Alcaicería, an Empire located just north of Spain. They already have a successor, my niece, Grand Duchess Anastasia Letizia of Romakov. They named her after our maternal grandmother, who was the most beautiful princess we've ever seen. She really was my favourite grandmother. In fact, many pieces of my jewellery I inherited from her." Alexia said.

"Your Majesty, isn't Alexia beautiful in her official court dress?" Roma said cheekily, grinning. Alexia lightly hit him on the arm. "Roma! You've got to excuse him, he's the cheeky one in the family." Alexia explained. "We've dressed in court clothing even though this is not an official state visit, however we tend to dress in our court clothing when visiting a foreign monarch for the first time. Alexia explained.

Lucca listened intently to Alix as she explained her families heritage and blood lines. He laughed as Roma made his cheeky comment. "It is quite alright - we are generally quite informal here." Lucca said taking a sip of his tea. "Well, I guess I had best tell you a little about us.." he said, looking at Leo.

"Well, I am Leonardo's second oldest brother. Our elder, William unfortunately passed away on 24th March 2013, from lung cancer - it was unexpected and a huge shock to our family. Unfortunately, William had no children with his wife, Annette - and as such I became King as the next in line to the throne. All told there are now four of us; myself, Leonardo, Amelia and Angelo. You will get to meet them at dinner this evening, alongside Charles my husband and our two children; Edwardo and Sofia." he said, taking another sip of his tea.

"Our mother and father were both born in Edom, and we unfortunately have little foreign blood in our line. We do have San Pellegrino Romanan blood, because of Charles, however." Lucca said, smiling. At that point a footman walked over to Lucca, bowed and whispered in his ear. Lucca looked up. "well, you will have to excuse me. Unfortunately I have to leave your splendid company to go and sign a Bill into law. Unless you'd like to attend the ceremony?" he said.

"We are very sorry about your loss, your Majesty." Alexia said. "We would be honoured to attend the ceremony, your highness." she agreed. She gave a smile to Leonardo, her fiancé. Alexia was happy to be in Edom, to be with her fiancé and getting to meet his family. "Don't you feel at home here, Alix? I mean it will be soon." Roma said, again, cheekily while winking at his sister. "Roma Aleksandr Dimitrievich, seriously, be a little less annoying, please!" Alexia told her brother, a little embarrassed by her brother's constant remarks. If it is acceptable for you, your Majesty, I will be wearing my court dress and court jewellery. Roma will be wearing his Imperial Standard Uniform and María Ángeles her court evening dress."

Lucca smiled at everyone. "You may wear whatever you believe it is fitting for the occasion." he said. He looked to Leo, and nodded his head, before standing up and excusing himself. The ceremony was being prepared, and Lucca had to read through the bill, before signing it, so the ceremony would take place the next day, so he had time to digest what the Senate had passed.

Leo stood up and looked to Alix. "Would you like to go for a walk?" he said smiling. He held out his arm, and began to walk out to the gardens, turning round to the two young love birds. "Perhaps this would be a good time for you to get to know your lady, Roma?" Leo said with a cheeky wink.

Roma was blushing, a lot, when he heard what Leonardo said. Roma and María Ángeles took the left, while Alix and Leonardo continued to walk the same path as before. "You know, Roma really appreciates you allowing María Ángeles to stay here too. He needed some time alone with her, without Niko, Alexei, Nati, Irina, Martyna and even me. I mean, it's obvious he likes her, he's liked her for years already." Alexia said, laughing a little. "Love is beautiful, it really is. I mean, I would know." Alix said, smiling at Leonardo. "I mean, look how lucky I am. I'm with you, you'll soon be my husband, I'll be living in this beautiful palace and in this beautiful country."

As they continued to walk through the gardens, they continued to talk. "I remember the last time I was in Edom, two years ago, with my cousin, Princess Maria. That is when I first saw you, and I immideatly had a liking for you." Alexia said. She enjoyed the walk with Leonardo, a lot, until Roma came walking towards them. "Alix! Alix, you'll never guess what I heard!" he told his sister. "What happened?" she asked her brother curiously. "Irina is now dating Alexis!" Roma said excitingly. Leonardo gav Alix a questioning look. "Prince Alexis of Nikolaios. The small group of islands nearby Greece, remember?" she explained. "That's great, Roma! I'll call her later." Alix said. "So, what have you and Angie been up to?" Alexia asked her brother. "Oh well, she taught me how to speak Italian, and Rocasolanian. You'd think Rocasolanian is a dialect of Italian, but it's not, it's actually its own language. It's been fun." Roma answered.

"Anyway, I'm going to make my way back to the palace." Roma said. He walked back into the palace, only to be greeted by María Ángeles again. They spent time together until Alix and Leonardo returned from their walk.

Leo smiled as Alix told him how appreciative Roma was. "I think I would do just about anything for that guy" Leo said. "He reminds me of me when I was his age.". Leo listened intently as Alix talked about love, romance and the feelings it brings. Leo couldn't help but agree - everything he was with Alix, his heart skipped a beat, and it felt like he had butterflies in his stomach. "I couldn't agree more - love is the sweetest pleasure in life." he said, kissing Alix on the forehead.

As Roma turned and walked away with Maria, Leo and Alix sat down on a bench. "There is something I have been meaning to tell you." he said. "The monarchy in Edom works a little differently to Romakov. Senior Royals are granted a Dukedom - like myself. Only, when you are granted a Dukedom, you're role changes - it isn't just a title." Leo said hesitantly. "When I was appointed Duke of Beaumont, I actually became the Governor of Beaumont." he said. At that point they were called to go to the Throne Room.

Throne Room

"Unfortunately, I won't be signing this bill - not until some changes have been made. If you are still here when those changes have been made, you are more than welcome to attend." Lucca said. 2If you'll excuse me." Lucca then walked out the room. Leo could tell something was wrong - "Please forgive my brother. Something appears to be wrong. Lets go back to Palais de Beaumont." he said, ushering them to car.

As they walked to the limousine, Roma was talking to Angie, like usually. Alexia listened to her fiancé excusing his brother. "It's alright, don't worry. He must have had a hard day today." she answered. "So, you were a lot like Roma when you were 17 then, huh?" Alexia asked Leonardo, winking and then laughing. As they got in the car, they saw Roma quickly moving away from Angie, causing Alix to be a little suspicious. Nevertheless, Alix ignored it, while Leonardo was quietly giggling, earning a little nudge in his side from Alexia.

The drive consisted of Alexia and Leonardo talking and Roma occasionally texting his younger sister Irina, the sibling he was closest to. Otherwise, he would talk to Angie.

As they arrived, Roma made his way to the chambers assigned to him. He sat down on the bed, putting on his headphones and looking at a photography blog on his iPad.

Meanwhile, Alix picked out a dress for dinner, choosing another tiara of her collection, choosing her great grandmother's diamond necklace.

María Ángeles walked down the corridor, meeting Leo on the way while he walked towards Alexia's chambers. María Ángeles was wearing a dark blue dress and the Ocean tiara, which Roma gave to her as a gift. Leonardo took a look at the tiara, wondering where she had gotten it from. He knew that it was exactly Alexia's taste and thought that wherever this one came from, he could find something Alexia would like.

María Ángeles excused herself, heading for the library, which she explored with Roma the other day, waiting there, reading until Roma would pick her up for supper.

Palais de Beaumont

Leo walked to Alix's room and opened the door quietly. Alix was standing by the bed and looking out the door. Leo quietly crept up behind her, gaining speed, before gently tackling her down onto the bed. They laughed and smiled, then Leo romantically gave her a kiss, and told her she looked beautiful in her dress. "Well, my fair lady, I do believe it is time for supper." he said with a smile. He stood up, straightened his tie and held out his hand, before pulling a funny face and saying "Will my Lady give me the honour of escorting her to dinner?".

Augustus II Dinning Room

As Leo and Alix walked into the dinning room Roma and Maria stood up. Leo led Alix to her seat, before going to his and sitting down, motioning for everyone else to take their seats. Leo began the conversation, as the footman poured wine for everyone, and the starters were served. "How has your first day been? I apologise I haven't been much of a host. As you can imagine, there has been quite a lot to catch up on!" he said with a smile.

Roma was the first person to answer the question: "Actually I had a good day Maria and I went together to the gardens and to the library and I had a little time to go through my iPad." Roma said. Alix looked suspiciously at her brother while thinking. "Roma? When was the last time you actually did your homework? I'm pretty sure Madame Bérangère will be annoyed by now." his sister pointed out. Roma shook his head slightly annoyed. He took a bite of the food while he noticed a Leo looking at him. He gave Maria a look and then asked the others: "Have you guys seen the new tiara that I got for Maria? It's called the ocean tiara." Roma smiled proudly. Maria gave a shy look, blushing slightly.

Alexia was impressed. It seemed to her that her brother became a very mature man when he was around Maria. "The tiara is beautiful, Roma. It actually is exactly my taste. Where did you get it? I might want to get one too, it is stunning."

After dinner

Alexia was in her room standing in front of the large mirror trying on all different kinds of tiaras. She had a huge collection which she has all inherited from her maternal grandmother, great-grandmother as well as from her paternal grandmother. She especially loved all the diamond tiaras, they were her favorite. She loved diamonds over everything according to her was the most beautiful piece of jewelry a girl could own.

Alexia's Room
After dinner, Leo went to his study to do some work. A little after 9.00pm he went to Alexia's room, knocked on the door and entered. He walked over to Alexia, kissed her on the lips and gave her a huge hug. "I'm sorry I haven't been able to spend much time with you today." he said, hugging her from behind and wrapping his arms around her. "I bought you a gift." He said with a smile. He placed her in front of the mirror, and put his hands over her eyes, motioning for her to close them close them and then, placed a tiara on her head. "I hope you like it! Open your eyes!" he said with a smile.

After giving her the tiara, Leo kissed her good night, and went to see Roma.

Roma's Room
Leo was invited in by Roma. They sat down on the bed. "How's it going buddy? I know I said we could do a couple of things while you are here. I'm sorry I have been busy today. I have something planned for tomorrow though!" Leo said with a smile.

Alexia was more than happy about the gift her fiancé had gotten her. "Leo, it's beautiful! How did you find it? she asked happily. She hugged him and kissed him, on the lips, leaving Leonardo looking a little dumfounded. She smiled at her fiancé's reaction. "Well I know who is gonna be a great husband." she said. She could have sworn she saw Leonardo's face redden a little, something she only knows from her brother, Roma, only that he blushes furiously. Leonardo kissed her good night and left her chambers.

Roma's chambers

Roma was sitting on his bed, his legs crossed, sitting there like Buddha, with his iPad in his hands checking out a photography blog. He heard someone knock on the door and invited them in. Leonardo sat down on Roma's bed, and asked him how things were. He apologised to him for being busy, however he told him he had something planned for them. Roma was excited, not only did he get to spend time with his crush, who by now was his girlfriend (he just didn't tell his sister nor Leonardo, but he had a feeling they noticed), but he also got to explore Edom.

"It's alright. I can't wait for tomorrow." Roma smiled happily. However, Leonardo looked at him. Did he notice he was in different thoughts? Roma hoped not, he'd blush furiously again if the topic was brought up.

10.45pm - Roma's Chambers

Leo looked at Roma, he could tell that something was different. It was like Roma had changed ever so slightly. "Well, I best be off to bed, you and me have a busy day tomorrow." he said. He gave Roma a brotherly 'hug' and departed for his chambers.

07:45am - The Breakfast Room

Leo was in the breakfast room. He was drinking his morning coffee while reading the paper. He had just finished his breakfast (pancakes), as a footman took his plate away. Roma, and the two ladies walked in, and Leo stood up. He walked over to Alix and kissed her, "Good Morning! he said. As they sat down, Leo began to talk to them about the day. "So, there is a lot planned for today. Myself and Roma are going to a local specialist secondary school, while you ladies go to a specialist additional needs centre for children who have learning, physical or mental disabilities." Leo smiled as he had something special planned for him and Roma alongside their trip to the school.

"Awesome!" Roma exclaimed excitedly. "But wait. I'm horrible at maths." the young man expressed in an almost serious tone. He then looked at Angie and smiled happily, seeming to zone out. "Great!" Alexia said happily. She loved children ever since she could remember. She urgently wanted to have some of her own and raise them. To her, watching your own children grow up is the most beautiful thing to experience alongside love. Angie was happy about the news too, however, she got distracted when she looked at Roma, who by now was her boyfriend, who smiled goofily at her. "That is a great experience. I love children, I always used to sped time with my cousins, who are younger than me. And I would always look out for them." Angie told the others.

"Speaking of which, Leonardo, Roma's and my cousins are currently in Italy. They are planning on visiting us for two days here in Edom before they continue to Malta. Is that okay for you?" Alexia asked her fiancé.

Roma's chambers

Roma was sitting on the balcony, as he was hugged from behind. It was Angie, who gave him a kiss on the cheek. "Don't get too used to this climate, Roma." she said. Roma knew what she meant. Soon he'd return to Romakov, to Winterburg, which lies in the north of the country, hence it is colder over there. However, the south of Romakov could reach temperatures up to 60°C, depending on where you are. However, it is nowhere near as pleasant as the mediterranean climate of Edom or Spain or Italy and Rocasolano or Monaco. "I won't." Roma sighed. "I just love the climate though." he said. "Well, you never know, Roma. One day you might be Prince of Rocasolano and rule the country with me, right? There you'll have your mediterranean climate too." Angie said jokingly, with a certain seriousness to it too.
