Field Marshal Philippe Nelson of the Saratogan Expeditionary Command (2.5 Millions Troops, Tanks, auxiliary equipment. Also commanding the Saratogan Expeditionary Air Force which includes 5 wings of fighter interceptor (150 aircraft) and 2 wings of Bombers (60 aircraft)) released a map of Saratogan bases on Herargon. With war between Herargon and Vvarden, Union of Arcadian States the Field Marshal felt that the release of the locations will help avoid a bombing of a Saratogan base and help keep Saratoga out of the war.

Vvardeni Ships Attack Herardeni Naval Yards, Sink Ships

Yesterday after receiving orders, several ships from the navy attacked a few unprepared Herardeni ships at their docks, also causing damage to the buildings themselves. The VN Redyn and the VN Imper were damaged, and three Vvardeni sailors were killed compared to the enemy's thirty. The ships are now at an undisclosed location patrolling the islands.
Also, the President thanks the Saratogan government for their co-operation and asks that their relations do not suffer, he also requests that the majority of the Arcadian forces stay as reinforcements in case if an invasion goes awry.

Various squads of infantry and tanks have made their way to the islands to defend against Herardeni agression. The southern shores have also been secured with trenches and various beach defences like Belgian Gates.

Saratogan Expeditionary Command, Herargon -- Saratogan forces have withdrawn from the Eastern Island of Herargon as warned from President Saito of the Union of Arcadian States. The troops have been moved to bases on the mainland of Herargon and have been orders to keep watch for Vvarden/Arcadian troops & ships but specifically order not to engage them, just report their presence.

The withdrawal took around 12 hours with troops order to completely dismantle or destroy anything that can be used by Vvarden/Arcadian Troops. Being a neutral power in the conflict, Herargon citizens have also been voluntary escorted back to mainland Herargon but some still remain. The Heraragon citizens how chose to stay have been given food and water in the event of it being cut off by the presumed invading forces.

The most southeastern Island, Herargon -- All the island have been withdrawn from except the farthest Southeastern Island of Herargon where the Saratogan Western Fleet has arrived and started constructing an airfield and a naval base. Once complete, the base will be turned over to the Herargon government where it would be a place for both Saratogan & Herargon navies & armies to share a common base.

With the base's airfield beginning construction, the Prime Minister has ordered the 12th Marine Divison, the 153rd Fighter Squadron, 6th Naval Bomber squadron to be flown over and garrison the island until garrison troops can be shipped over. The Prime Minister has also ordered 2 flotillas of submarines (12 subs) to Herargon to eventually protect Saratogan-Herargon trade routes in the event of any convoy raiding by enemy forces.

Grand Duchy declares Neutrality
Midgar,46566- The Grand Duchy has issued a formal declaration of Neutrality during the current Vvarden-Herargon war. While considered by most nations on Yukon as a new war the Grand Duchy views the war as a continuation of the war that started with the Commonwealth alliance invasion of Herargon. With the recent move to end the pointless war with Herargon and the Vvardeni choice to jump on board with the UAS government the Grand Duchy doesn't see a need to bother itself with the current situation in the south west of Yukon.

Midgar,46566-A new book detailing the rise and fall of the Commonwealth alliance has been released today. The author of the book as interviews the Grand Duchy representative and other people working with the Commonwealth during it's short time as a world power alliance.A short passage of the book has been quoted for this article:

President Saito Welcomes Saratogan Withdrawals
In a public statement today President Saito welcomed the decision of the Saratogan government to withdraw from Eastern Herargon to the mainland; while he thanked the Saratogans for their willingness to avoid war he also warned that attempts to subvert Arcadia's war effort would be met with a harsh and stark response. The news came following confirmation from the War Office that Arcadian air and naval forces had commenced long range strikes against targets of military significance, including now abandoned Saratogan bases in Eastern Herargon; casualty reports have yet to be made public and no confirmation has yet come through as to the result of the strike, however President Saito did state that further strikes were inevitable.

Meanwhile to the west Arcadian naval forces continue to patrol the sea between Herargon and Vvarden, preying upon Heragonian naval shipping. A policy of search and detain has been put in place by the Navy which means all intercepted Herargonian civilian shipping is searched and then detained; taken to Vvarden before the detained crews are transferred to POW camps in the Arcadian held Boshein Isles. As for the ships themselves, once their cargo is transported to Vvarden they are scuttled.

With the military conflict going down in the southwestern hemisphere of Yukon that is involving on the Saratoga's allies, the nation has come to the support of its ally with thousands of tons of raw materials, vehicle parts, and military equipment. According to estimates confirmed by multiple sources with the Jackson Administration, the income from the trade in nearing tens of millions of Kredits which is only estimated to heavily increase as the conflict carries on.

When asked about the sudden increase in trade to Herargon, the Prime Minister's Press Office responded, "We are continuing trade as if there was no conflict. This administration is committed to keep Saratoga out of another major conflict whether hot or cold."

Midgar-With the peace treaty officially passed through the Imperial Senate trade has opened up with the country of Herargon. Before trade with the small country was limited to 1 economic zone within the country.After the war ended the Grand Duchy was able to open up full access to the local markets and have gotten the slaves outside of the industrial sector.By getting the slaves outside of the industrial sector will not allow the Herargon government to flood the Grand Duchy with low priced goods.By not being involved within the current conflict and the the sudden silence from SUN nations the Grand Duchy can take over the area for it's trading interests.

Moarfallian War Machine Revs it's engines for the First time in Recent History

After a great deal of time Moarfall is showing signs of life with the international community. This is far from saying it is returning to life. The nation has been advancing and expanding all the while avoiding politics where it can. New trade lines have opened up to Moarfallian based companies to and from space, protected by the MSC. Rumors are flying all around New Babylon Station; Some are saying Moarfall is Preparing for war, the High Council is debating letting other nations use it's newly founded routes, and even rumors of Council Leader Leon Aren the V's death...



The television seems to fade away and become lost to white noise as Captain George Adrian turned around to face the man who stood over Leon's lifeless corpse. His most of his fireteam scanned the room, whilst one sat upon a ledge outside, waiting for the possible retaliation. George finally released the breath he hadn't realized he was holding. He shook his head in disgust as he looked at the man through his visor. He could recognize the man's face, even with it's deep white scar from cheekbone to chin, partially covered in salt and pepper hair that told only pat of the truth to the man's age. He stroked his beard as he turned to the window. A light breeze blew in as a drizzle started to come down.

"Adrian, have you ever wondered about the weather here?" He finally said, breaking the silence that eerily settled around the room. Strange, he thought to himself, how you can help commit one of the biggest political takedowns in recorded history, and feel so awkward when it was done.

"No sir."

"Well I'm sure you know the answer, seeing as you probably were startled by it much as I was. I never sought out the answer. Figured there wasn't enough left in the universe we don't know, so I should at least leave the question of artificial unanswered. Still is beautiful though. The station either has a remarkable artificial weather system of is large enough to have it's own microclimates." The man stood there, arms behind his back as he looked out upon the capitol. Through the rain and dark cloud he could see Yukon, as well as the Nano-Star powering the station. He looked down at his suit and wiped away blood and brain matter.

"I think you'd be disappointed in the answer, so I won't spoil it for you." The Captain turned his back to John Smith and walked towards a security panel. He searched for guards running towards the office but saw none. He turned back around to find the Smith standing right besides him.

"Can your team take the bodies elsewhere please? I can play the game of politics, but can't use the same cheats the media does." Adrian signaled for his team to follow as he walked toward the ledge of the window.

"No can do Council Leader, have Vulonkein take care of it. They're better at cover ups than us. Immortals just kill." Adrian finished his sentence and leapt out the window to the street below. He landed with a thud and retracted his armor. They had about 3 klicks to go before they reached their vtol, and would have to make the walk in civvies. George sighed and started walking.

Immigration Rises
Midgar- The Immigration from foreign countries have increased over the last few years. Allot of Immigrants are coming from Union Of Arcadian States. The average income of a Midgari is nearly twice the amount then the Richest 10% of the Arcadian government. The poorest Midgaris on average make around 30,000 more a year on average. Immigrants are also coming in from Nedea and Moarfall though it's mostly from the lower drags of society as the urban poor barely make any money at all and the general lack of help for the lower end of the spectrum. Illegal immigration has picked up with the nation of Herargon since trading opened up recently with the island nation. Most of the immigrants are fleeing the war or the formalized slavery on the island. They feel they have a better chance at life within the Grand Duchy.

With the new influx of immigrants the Grand Duchy have been sending them to camps in the north west of the country and western portions of the country. The move to the fringes of the Duchy is to both bolster the number of people on the edge of the duchy and to protect the interests of the native Midgari and Silvans within the Duchy themselves. The western portions of the Grand duchy encompass the former Republic of New Ghadia and additional land gained when the Grand Duchy moved in. The Grand Duchy moved in some Midgari to help develop the area and to bring the area in line with the Grand Duchy politically. The movement of new immigrants into the region will change the political makeup of the former republic and surrounding regions. The North west territories are a region that saw progressive expansion by Midgari's even before the area was formally annexed by the Grand Duchy. The region will welcome new immigration and the hopes of increasing the production of the region will improve and start becoming a increased portion of the economic power of the Grand Duchy

The New Immigrants have also been moved to the islands formally occupied by the former nation of Croxoco. The former nation was once a close member the the Grand Duchy and a founder of the Commonwealth alliance. Once the country left the planet the Grand Duchy quickly moved to capture important islands deemed important to the national security of the nation. The islands of the north east has seen little industrial increase since it's capture. When the country of Croxoco left they completely stripped the island of any infrastructure and the government has been spending time rebuilding roads and cities around the islands. The industry on the islands struggle to attract people to move there and struggle to find a local market for goods. With the increase in population it gives a increased market and a option for companies to expand the industrial base of the islands to meet potential demand for goods.

Rogerbei, Saratoga -- With the silence of some of Saratoga's closest allies. Prime Minister Ethan Jackson and Department Head of the Department of International Affairs Kevin Baier have made the tough decision to leave SUN.

With 90% of the Syndicate of United Nations adapting an isolationist policies. The Prime Minister has called an emergency session of the Senate last night to vote on the withdrawal of Saratoga from the Syndicate of United Nations. After around 4 hours of debate the legislation was put to a vote and the results were 194-306 in favor of withdrawing from the Syndicate of United Nations.

During a press conference after the announcement, the Prime Minister said the reason that the special session was called is because, "We can't have allies that just exist, we need allies who are willing to actually be allies and show that they care about Yukon instead of hiding in fear." The Prime Minister has also delivered an acute warning to the current allies of Saratoga that if they do not show life within the next month (1 week IRL) that their embassy with Saratoga will be closed and they will not be recognized as a nation.

In a sudden coalition formed during the last few hours of the regular session before the special session. The Green Party, Socialist-Communist Alliance, Social Democratic Party, and the Independence Party have created a coalition and demanded a constitutional convention. With the coalition holding 54% of the Senate, the Prime Minister has approved the request for a convention. The Constitutional Convention requires the governors of each of Saratoga's 6 regions, the Speaker of the Senate, and the Prime Minister to gather in the Capital to start a closed door session which will last for as long as it needs to. The only time the 8 members of the convention can exit the room if they have a prepared final version of the new constitution to present to the Senate for a vote.

2 Wyvren Class Interceptors skim along mountaintops, flying low enough to cause snow on the cliffs and even peaks of smaller mountains to whirl into the air, spinning as if it were it's own galaxy. They race along the curved Moarfallian border. They follow it for about 12 kilometers before veering east, into new and unclaimed land devoid of human interference. They drop 1500 meters and soar above an expanse of tropical canopy. They begin to focus upon mapping equipment and sensors, rather than their earlier aerial acrobatics. The pair splits off and begin to fly wide, long arks around the jungle, mapping the area. They soon complete their scans and soar back to base, ready for some chow and a nice nap after the "site seeing."

Rogerbei, Saratoga -- Prime Minister Ethan Jackson signed off the new constitution after a long and partisan fights over far left and right wing amendments. PM Jackson and the committee came to the agreement that the Constitution is in its most agreeable state and that majority amendment to the Consitution should be proposed in a full session of Senate rather than a select few.

With the passing of the new Constitution, all elected officials are up for re-election in the next election cycle. The Senate's two branches, the House of the People and the House of Representatives are both up for re-election coming to a total of 625 seats available. Grand Duchy hopes for Capitalist and Centralist gains in Saratogan elections
Midgar- The Grand Duchy government hopes for gains for the Capitalist and Centralist parties within St Saratoga. The movement towards increased trade can help both nations in the time of war and stalemate. With the Stalemate in the current round of war in Herargon and no movement from either party within the war no end is in sight.As a neutral nation for once the Grand Duchy is in a unique situation to profit from this war as a neutral party trading with everyone in the war. By recently signing a peace treaty with the nation of Herargon it opens the country to 46566 industries. The hopes are by becoming closer trading allies with the Federal Republic of Saratoga it can loosen it's dependence on the Nedean trade and the Kredit Union in general.

Grand Duke buys right of inheritance to Zaphiron
Midgar- Newly uncovered paperwork has found out that when the country of Zaphiron joined the Ducat Union that the Grand Duke gave the Zaphiron royal family a large sum of Ducats. In the paper work it is shown that should the main branch of the family should die out that the Grand Duke will inherit Zaphiron empire. The sum of the loan has been deem classified and reports from the Zaphiron Empire have become spotty after the rush of Wolven coming into the country. A ambassador and a limited protection detail has been sent to see how the Zaphiron Empire is doing. Should the country need help the Grand Duchy will help stabilize the country.

Wolven Uprising
Oes Zapherion-The Wolven seeking asylum within the former territory of OES Zaphiron have started a uprising in the territory to gain a foothold to battle the Union of Arcadian States and win back the lands formally belonging to the Unibearia. By killing the Emperor the Wolven hoped to take power relatively quickly within the country of their former allies and hoped to pacify the nobility with promises of land. The Wolven made a mistake in trying to reform the old Wolven socialist government and place regulations previously unknown to the nobility in Zapherion.

With the news coming to the Grand Duchy of 46566 the government has agreed to support the repaints of the Zapherion government and military and declared war on the Wolven refugees and help stabilize the remove the Wolven problem from Zapherion. The Wolven population within the Grand Duchy has staged marches in favor of their Wolven brethren in Zapherion. Some of the more militant Duchy Wolven have sent themselves to fight in Zapherion on the Wolven side.Some have also wagging a Gurllea war within the Grand Duchy targeting government and military installations.In response any and all Wolven within the Grand Duchy have been placed on a curfew within the country.

Vvarden Reacts To Zaphirite Uprising; Concerns Over Herardeni Invasion

After hearing the news of the so called uprising of the Wolven species in the state of Zaphiron, the President has seen fit to deny the existence of such a prospect, pointing out various issues that have shown that the Wolven species there are not overly violent and that this is the act of a few bad apples. He has also stated that 46566, though it may seem like a good idea, should not invade, which might lead even to the fragmentation of the country. Johans Derrik rather implores the nobles of Zahiron to take control, and offers various military agreements. Johans also condemns the current policy of 46566 to "remove the wolfen", stating that they fled there as refugees and have become assimilated into Zaphirite life, and that casting them out would only cause more harm than good.

In other news, Herardeni warships have been sighted of the western islands, amid fears of an invasion by Herargon. Naval battles have also broken out in the ocean separating the two nations, with many Herardeni ships being destroyed by the superior Vvardeni navy, but fears still remain of an invasion even more since that though Vvarden has an effective military, it is small in comparison and despite being more advanced, ther are concerns that if the Herardeni were to invade soldiers would be overwhelmed by the number of Herardeni.

Grand Duchy will Supply Zaphiron nobles and armies
Midgar- The Grand Duchy will supply the Nobles fighting the Wolven and to help take back control of their own government Should the Nobles wish for a dispatch of Duchy military to be based within the country the Grand Duchy would be willing to do so. At this time the main focus of the Grand Duchy is to quell a Wolven problem within it's borders. At this time the police forces can say that the Wolven in Zaphiron have been supplied by a splinter group of Wolven rights activists from within the Grand Duchy called the Prowlers. This group seeks a separate territory for the Wolven and what it sees as a secondary citizenship within the human populated nations and world.

The Wolven population while widely more accepted within the Grand Duchy compared to the past is still wildly discriminated against within the Grand Duchy population. They tend to take the most dangerous jobs for lower pay then the average Midgari or even any Immigrant Legal or Illegal. While paid decently compared to the rest of the world the Wolven tend to make on average 80 to 100 thousand Ducats a year. This is the same amount that is reported to be what the average Illegal Immigrant makes within the Grand Duchy but said Immigrants are deemed to have a much safer working environments.

Most of Prowlers tends to gain weapons and the like through the Grand Duchy black market and such the supplies and weapons are harder to track but a uptick in cargo to the Zaphiron territory can be seen after the fact. The police will be cracking down on free shipping headed from the Grand Duchy to Zaphiron to look for contraband goods heading towards the country. The Prowlers seem to be targeting most of the hostile people coming from the Union of Arcadian states within Zaphiron stating that they were being removing from the rightful land of the former Wolven nation of Unibearia. The attacks of the Zaphiron forces and the fatal attack on the Emperor was a act of retaliation of what they see as the inaction of the former ally of Unibearia to help the Wolven before the majority of the Wolven removed themselves from this world. It's also because the they allied with what has been the enemy of the Wolven since the new species has came around.

Zaphirite Uprising in Moarfall's Sights

Shortly after learning of the Zaphirite Uprising the Moarfallian government has begun reaching out to the Grand Duchy and Vvardeni governments to assist in the wartime efforts. So far Moarfall has yet to officially step into the conflict, but there are heavy debates over whether they should or not. Of course Moarfall will not send troops unless asked or given permission, but the Moarfallian government is split on the issue. It appears that the Moarfallian war machine's tires are spinning and ready to go, but no one has yet to pull the trigger and let it loose. Only time will tell if Moarfall will become as involved as it seems.

Rogerbei, Saratoga -- Prime Minister Ethan Jackson has decided to remain neutral to the Zaphiron Crisis while the Saratoga Intelligence Service investigate all options into the crisis. The Prime Minister commented on the situation during a press conference saying, "I don't want to risk escalating the event until we gain more knowledge of the situation so I am ordering a team of diplomats and intelligence officials to Zaphiron to gain intelligence. We also warn other nations from intervening in Zaphiron affairs, Saratoga and Zaphiron are close nations and foreign aggression will be meet with hostility. ..."

Mainland Herargon -- Prime Minister Ethan Jackson has ordered a troop increase from 12,500 troops to 100,000 troops (8 divisions) along with 3 squadrons of fighter/interceptor jets and 2 squadrons of bombers. The administration nor Department of Defense & Armaments has stated a reason for the troop increase but speculation can only be that Saratoga continues to show the international community that Saratoga will remain with its allies.
