If you post your roleplay here, I might feel tempted to post the roleplay I'm working on. But I would never post that, because this is a place to discuss special ops tactics and not other cool threads we may or may not be working on.

PW probably isn't the right place to discuss this (we can do it on the Into the Void thread, it could do with the activity anyways to keep it at the top of the PttM board), but I'm sure you'd be able to contribute. There's no one single aspect that the RP relies on you being good at. You could focus on your character's experience being in such a monumental mission and under such incredibly trying circumstances; you could focus on the cunning strategy of sneaking around the other astronauts to perform the objective; you could focus on the scientific realism aspect of performing the first mission to Mars. The roleplay is multifaceted, and you're a good enough RPer that I'm certain you'd contribute something worthwhile to it.

Y'know, I was tempted to land in the Hurti version of an OV-10.

Although it got a few facelifts since '05, it's pretty much the same obsolete yet fun plane.
-I'm actually somewhat depressed that I never quite de-wanked the design or thought of a reason to outright replace it.

Except as noted they've been modded with motorjets/pulsejets
-And they technically would be unmanned drones, the same size and capability of certain attack-planes.

If you want, I can throw up a thread about planning the one I proposed, and then we can have the Wanderjarian Ministry of Defense decide that in order to increase international relations with member nations of Atlas, as a show of good faith we'll entrust the mission to TF-Atlas. Then kinda go from there.
