And I'm lurking around a penpal site most of the time trying to find 'local singles' in my area. As one would think, I've found 3. They're psychotic.

ANYWAYS. Let's get on with Caesar, da? -operation firestorm music intensifies-

Okay, a lot happened while I was at school.
1. I will probably just write an IC for it, I can make an OOC if you want though.
2. I'd say that this would take place after Caesar, because otherwise we couldn't use experienced groups like STIGRU and the Sentinels, which wouldn't be fun.

I don't have an IC yet, working on it though.

Also, what's the second operation we have planned? SOC is a big unit, and Atlas can spare some more soldiers to another operation. ARE WE GOING BACK INTO A HURRICANE GUYS?

That would be up to me. I've been given permission to create a new-blood RP, where the experienced guys like us will teach the newer guys and observe their RPing skills.
A Question for The Experienced People Tribal Council:
Should it be a full-blown Operation, or should it be like a series of tests put together by me, like a Tactical Convention of sorts?

Fully up to you.

I kinda like the boot camp style of thing, but it's up to you.

I like the idea of a training style thing. Maybe all the experienced groups could create the challenges for the new squads.

Should I create an IC of Project Sun Tzu (Just came up with that :p ), and have the setting be a conference room in GAmeTopia, where I've invited a bunch of experienced members (chosen by me, but I plan on including pretty much every active experienced member)? There we can set challenges for the newer members, and I'll invite everyone to a huge training facility in GAmeTopia where we can perform said challenges.

We could revive Tactical Convention aboard the E.S.C. ChinChin Marathon. V.R. Simulations in small shanty villages, urban conplexes, or a undercover RP where the newbies are called in as backup once the 'expert's cover is blown and they have to retreat while hoping they aren't viciously murdered by a dictator's forces in some pseudo African town.

It wouldn't make much sense if a nation sent members of its Elite Special Forces unit to enter Atlas inexperienced and needing training.

Not training in the normal sense of the word. I just called it a training facility because that's what it is normally used for. This is more of a "show us what you got" thing, and an OOC show of RPing skills. And, not to be selfish, but I'd kind of like to run the Project because I volunteered for it and I've never actually successfully run an RP before.

Can I be Co-OP?

I want to see if there are actually enough people interested in the RP first, and how many want to be Co-OP, so I dunno yet.

I'm interested, if you'd be okay with a couple Sentinels observing.

You were among the "definitely experienced" in my mind, since you're main-OP now.

It wouldn't make much sense if a nation sent members of its Elite Special Forces unit to enter Atlas inexperienced and needing training.

Or we could, y'know, be training/recruiting them into Atlas.

Although that's probably what you meant by VR training... I'm still used to RPing the grimdark and dirty method.

Also, since the likelihood of running into an uncapped '07 nation these days is zilch, I'm probably going to re-cap my population to 500~700 million.
~Previously, I'd capped it at 4 billion (so right about at the age of URA's main; my uncapped pop is now sitting around 20 billion).

The reason for this is because my military's top-level nomenclature only allows for 3440 divisions (up to ~69% of which is privately owned/funded, only ~690 are capable of being listed as combat regulars, and most of those are conscripts), just shy of 7 million soldiers (including naval personnel).

I can have one or two guys from Golden legion watching. They could be part of the training squad. Time to write up some new bios. YAY!

Yeah, uncapped is always fun though. I still hear legends about the great wars of the before-times when armies of billions would fight against each other.

I capped myself at 1.2-1.3 billion since I figured having over half of Earth's population in my nation is a bit much, lol. I understand where you're coming from with not wanting to deal with 20 billion citizens.

I'm going to cap at 7 billion. As my nation in my opinion is the epitome of the new Roman Empire. Basically we are Romans run by a persian ruler. However for RP purposes I capped at 500 million or so. However my modern economy has no cap. MWAHAHAHAH.

We should team up.

I think we'd be badass teamed up.

Yeah I mean unlimited economy with a no population cap. I mean we would totally not have a depression during the transition or anything like that.
