It looks decent, tropey, but good. Though, it's hard not to be tropey. My team is suuuuper tropey.

It has a lot of potential. But just remember, the characters develop as you play, and so does the story, so really, it looking good now means nothing. It's if it looks good when the RP is done.

Note of realism: Your team having 50+ successful missions under their belt is a bit much if you're referring to those same operators. Now, if it's the 2nd Squad that has those attributed to it's unit, rather than the people, I understand. Just 56 or so missions for a SF operator is more than a few, realistically.

Suspension of disbelief at this point should have me not questioning the amount of missions your team has succesfully executed, though...

My troops know Systema, but the first rule for CQC for URA's special forces is "Don't get into CQC."

The special forces is no different. Systema is a last-ditch resort for combat a soldier is considered to have royally fucked up if he must resort to it. The enemy is to be killed at a distance, and preferably before he knows he's in danger in the first place.

Biography of Outfit:
The Werwolfs or Werewolves to be anglicized was borne out of the last years of the Second Great War that the Empire was involved in. In 1945 when defeat seemed imminent the Empire began forming underground resistance forces from fanatical groups behind enemy lines. By 1946 when the tides of war had changed in favor for the Empire these scattered units were retrained and outfitted as joint special forces for both the regular military and the paramilitary. Both the military and paramilitary forces had their own special forces but never a joint unit with jurisdiction becoming muddled until the restoration of the Monarchy in December of 1947. The Paramilitary or Reichsschutzstaffel (RSS) was continuously downsized with little turn around until the the 1990's while the military gradually built up over the century. By the 1960's both groups had special forces operating externally and internally, then the 1971 regulations came in that removed the RSS external jurisdictions except in the case of counter-espionage, where the RSS was allowed a small department. All external operations were now firmly in the hands of the Reichswehr and boundaries clearly defined.

The ascension of Emperor's Leopold II and Brandyn I saw a reversal of the RSS fortunes and thus in 1999 the Gemeine-Waffen-Operation-Amt or GWOA was formed to combine the internal expertise of the RSS and the external powers of the Reichswehr. Accepting applicants from both armed forces. These outfits were given the designation of Werwolf as a nod to their Second Great War predecessors. GWOA was reorganized into Werwolf Hauptamt (WH) under the joint supervision of the military's Reichswehrkommando SpezialKraefte and the RSS Reichsschutzstaffeln Sonderkommandotruppen Hauptamt X. The former having oversight for external operations the later having supervision of internal deployments.

The Werwolfs operating in 4 to 6 warrior squads quickly earned a fearsome reputation of skill, fear, and in some cases ruthless efficiency. The Battle of Geistadt (Gniezo) in the Imperial Province of Warsawa during the Poljak Uprisings of 2002 were swiftly crushed with the aid of Werwolf groups. Several groups racking up kill counts nearing 100 confirmed KIA's during the rebellions eight months duration. Thought their operations were often never heard by the public and in the example of Geistadt the Reichsheer (Imperial Army) 14th Infantry Division and the Waffen-RSS 2nd Panzer Division Das Reich earned popular media support in spades. This is due to the secrecy of the Werwolf units themselves and their black ops deployments that require air tight information flow.

As of 2015 their are 15 Werwolf Gruppe's.

Major/RSS-Sturmbannfuehrer Klaus Stephan Marie "Hawk" Allenheim, aged 38, is the oldest Werwolf in Gruppe 5 and very much a father figure as a CO. That does not mean Klaus is prone to favoritism or laxity. If anything it allows him to work his unit more severely and uncompromisingly than ever. Klaus once failed out of Secondary school and only passed out of the reprieve and taking an entire year again. This didn't set well with the young man who would become CO of one of the Reichs most ruthless and efficient kill teams. Joining the RSS at age 18 Klaus swiftly took up the Imperial cause and a fanatical loyalty to the Emperor. Once nearly being court marshaled when he shot a fellow RSS member in the leg for insulting the Emperor for being assigned menial work. Klaus was just a Hauptscharfuehrer then but managed to get out of the it by the graces of his own CO. Thus Klaus carried that on wards.

Hauptmann/RSS-Oberscharfuehrer Leopold Graf von Hohengrin aka "White Wolf" was the son of an army Lieutenant General and aged 23 during 2015. Von Hohengrin entered the RSS at the young age of 16 at the lowest recruitment age. Rising through the ranks despite his fathers displeasure at not entering the Imperial Army instead. Von Hohengrin only achieved his rank by the fact of his ruthless tenacity. Field teachers and drill sergeants remarked at his top physical condition and relatively un-swaying nature to finishing an objective. His appointment to be a Werwolf was only achieved by chance when Klaus happened upon his personnel file and double promoted Leopold along with the transfer. Curiously enough Leopold has a higher Reichswehr rank than an RSS rank. Werwolf's being given a military and paramilitary rank for their joint status.

Unteroffizier/RSS-Unterscharfuehrer Emilie August aka "Kula", aged 24, and is the newest member of the Werwolf Gruppe 5. Emilie grew up in a lower class family and joined the Reichsheer in 2007, enlisting in Panzergrenadier-regiment 25 of the 25th Panzergrenadier Division in Koenigsburg. Successfully achieving parachute and mountain training before transferring to the army special forces in 2013. From there Emilie was selected by Werwolf command and Klaus to be the 5th person in the unit.

Unteroffizier/RSS-Unterscharfuehrer Viktoria Ritterin von Ellesmond aka "Snowfox", aged 27, was in the Luftwaffe before being transferred to special forces in 2012 for her skill in aerial insertion. She was eventually persuaded to join the Werwolf's after declining twice for personal reasons in October of 2012.

Unterfeldwebel/RSS-Scharfuehrer Friedrich Ritter von Oeldenburg aka "Shrike", aged 29, was in the Luftwaffe's fighter corps and then parachute troops until 2011 when he was transferred to Imperial Navy's long range recon special forces. Earning experience alongside Imperial Marines in colonial deployments before being transferred to Werwolf command and rotated into Gruppe 5 when the unit became under strength.
