I just would like some clarification so I know how far back in my canon I should set the outfit I plan to submit an app for.

Well it stems the fact that while I can be online and working on a post with frequency, I cannot get enough time in a single bloc to produce anything of a quality that would be acceptable to me. In all seriousness though, what are the upper limits of permitted tech? I ask because my primary canon is technically set in 2150--certainly too far ahead to qualify--but I can probably go all the way back to about 2035 for a timeframe to set my special-forces outfit in.

The rules at this point are more a suggestion to staunch wankery. Seeing as how we have cyborgs, animal-people, androids, exoskeletons and the like.... I think it's obvious I make exceptions as long as you're serious about RP'ing seriously.
