What's the point of High-Speed Low-Drag Operators if you just send in some teenager with a mech and a gun as big as a tank?

The Operators sabotage the mech when it gets back and make sure it can't run again. They want their paychecks too!

Indeed. Mechs are unrealistic and overpowered, especially when paired with a godmodding player (I'm just gonna say I'm not accusing anyone here of godmodding, this is just a statement)

I used to have two teams of mechs when I was on a big Armored Core kick(still love AC, btw), but I took the mechs away and redrafted those two teams as the first Sentinel Special Operations Teams.

Also.... I've been developing an AI, too...

No, it's just something I have against certain things.

In a lot of movies/shows/animes, the person everyone likes, or the AI is sometimes sympathetic. Me? Nope. Not in that way. Give you an example:

Neon Genesis: Shinji needs to kill the 4th EVA because it's an angel. Yet he won't. Because there's a person in there. If I had been in that position, I would've sucked it up, and killed it, then cried after. He knew it would be worse if he didn't, and I would know that if I died, the world would be in SERIOUS danger. Such would be my AI.

Speaking of AI, I'm developing one as well.

It's called "Minuteman" and is designed to take control of the OS Nuclear and large Autonomous assets (UAVs, etc) in case of the decapitation or descruction of the Executive Branch long enough to ensure the continuation of government. But that function is initiated by an OSAF Wing-level Commander and Executive Officer with Strategic Air Command (SAC) as a safeguard. Otherwise, it's just an assistant to normal operations.
