On 1 November 1478, Pope Sixtus IV published the Papal bull, Exigit Sinceras Devotionis Affectus, through which he gave the monarchs exclusive authority to name the inquisitors in their kingdoms.

The first auto-da-fé was held in Seville on 6 February 1481: six people were burned alive. From there, the Inquisition grew rapidly in the Kingdom of Castile.

In 1482 the pope was still trying to maintain control over the Inquisition.

In 1484 Pope Innocent VIII attempted to allow appeals to Rome against the Inquisition, but Ferdinand in December 1484 and again in 1509 decreed death and confiscation for anyone trying to make use of such procedures without royal permission. With this, the Inquisition became the only institution that held authority across all the realms of the Spanish monarchy.

Warfighter Load-out : Lancer Tactical Spec Ops Plate Carrier, PROPPER Tactical Patrol Cap, HTH Tactical Headset rated to withstand a standard FRAG at 3 meters, Shemagh, Survival Hatchet, Mk 16 SCAR-L w/ Integrated Silencer & 6 Magazines ( Fires 5.56×45mm NATO ), Ruger P-89 w/ 3 Magazines (Fires 7.65×21mm Parabellum ), ARES Lightweight Boots, ARES Tactical Hoodie, 4 ARES FRAG Grenades, ( please note all gear varies from team to team )

Field Support : KRAKEN VTOL Assault Dropship, equipped with a revolver style auto cannon, that fires AP shells with a 4 meter blast radius, and L.R.T.S. ( Light Refracting Tile System ) and has angled armor with radar absorbing paint similar to the B-2 Spirit bomber. ROMULUS Anti-Personnel/Air Sentry Turret, uses twin M249 machine guns, each firing HE rounds. The REMUS Anti-Armor Sentry Turret, which uses experimental coil gun tech to propel 80 caliber HE shells tipped with depleted uranium through heavy armor. Due to the speed of REMUS' projectiles, it is advisable to have lots of ear protection. To fill the man portable anti-armor role is the X389 Man Portable Self Propelled Rail Rifle, or more commonly the Usurper, though intended for an armor killing role, reports have been filed that it can eliminate the heaviest infantry. In situations which require immediate for support, an U2 team can call up the CRAB Orbitally Deployed Infantry Suppression Device, which amounts to a static mini gun dropped from orbit with an automated targeting system. However, it cannot distinguish between friendlies and hostiles, it is advisable to move quickly, and through cover.

Operative Names : Valentin Asimov, Sgt., ( No Relation to Isaac Asimov ), Patrik Aristokov, Cpl., Violette Yurislich, Cpl., Yuri Vladovich, L. Cpl.

Biography of the Unit : Founded in 1992, approximately 2 years after the founding of U.I.R.S., to deal with pro-capitalism insurgents and hostile T1 teams attempting to exploit the fledging nation. U2 is divided into a dozen teams, with designations like U2-1 and U2-8. Each team is specialized in one type of combat, such as U2-1 being specialized in breaching, and U2-12 being specialized in zero-gee combat. Generally each U2 team is composed of four operatives. This means in most operations multiple U2 teams are deployed.

Operator Profiles :

Valentin comes from U2-7, which specializes in field engineering and anti-vehicle operations. He is commonly considered the benchmark for which all other U2-7 operators strive to surpass. After a series of engagements in western Shyluz, Valentin was given three medals for valor and injury in the line of duty, however the horrors that he witnessed in the Western Shyluz Insurgency still scar him to this day. On record, Valentin has sixteen enemy mechanical and technical kills and over thirty infantry kills.

Patrik comes from U2-5, U2's resident infiltration and marksmen team. He is a notoriously anti-social man, and he generally keeps to himself, even among U2-5 teammates, the service, due to the classified nature of his operations, has little idea of his kill count. Once upon a time, Patty, as he's known, was actually one of the more social able soldiers in U2, however after the his tour of duty in Western Shyluz, he was never quite the same.

Violette comes from a mixed nationality, but was born in Shyluz, so technically is able to be part of U2, though the subject has been a hotbed of inter-team conflict. She hails from U2-1, and is the teams resident breaching and CQC specialist, and has a very bad perception of 'stealth'. She is the closest thing to U2's party person.

Yuri hails from U2-9, which specializes in field medical treatment, and while he is good at his job, he is consistently criticized for his brutal techniques, and he has been nicknamed 'Doc Zeal' by the team. He is known for using some, not all, of his 'government allocated medicines' for purposes other than field medicine.

More of the information on the types of weaponry, as well as gear, are needed, if I may. You could, theoretically, say that your soldier has "Clothes, ammo, guns, grenades", but what kind? How many? What caliber? How do they hold it? Etc. Questions like these, along with the types of supporting weaponry they might be able to use (mortars, RPGs), could be helpful. Similarly, he sees it as skimpy, which it is. Don't take this as insulting, but the actual biography is skimpy (though good enough to give us an idea). Another thing: How many people? Who is in it? What's their training?
