Generally the OPs are open to everyone. Blind Knife is the first that isn't, I think, and that was first come, first serve (and possibly "no newbs allowed" although that was never tested).

Rebellious Citadel will be limited to a maximum of 48 people because of seating on the V-22s, but we'll cross that bridge when we come to it.

What's the rundown on Rebellious Citadel? Would like to see if I'd be interested.

Blind Knife's deal is I wanted people who I could count on to post on a regular basis. I also wanted to keep it on a low population so that way it's a greater focus and it makes the whole thing run faster and smoother, rather than having 100+ soldiers from 9-15 different players running around. It gums up the works and slows everything down.

My government lost a MAAPS and they would very much like it back. That's about all that's known at this point ignoring the various hints I've been dropping on this thread (with varying degrees of subtlety), but if you want the hints, you'll have to watch for them yourself.

Actually, I tend to grab pictures and then characterize the picture into a full-fledged...character. Besides, you would've know what kind of girl she was if you read the Major's commentary (or rather Royce's commentary) on what she did to get transferred to the 222nd, along with the other stuff she openly said (like implying that the Major needs some attention between her legs to get the sand out of her you-know-what)
